Fun fact Selena actually wrote this song along with her back up singer Pete Astudillo. Also it was just a warm up song for their rehearsals. Originally she sang bitty bitty bubbles, then later it became bidi bidi bom bom.

Today's the 26th anniversary of this concert, tomorrow the 27th anniversary of the 1994 performance, and the day after is the 28th anniversary of the 1993 performance. Her attendance records were 57,894 in 1993, 60,948 in 1994, and 66,746 in 1995 which was the highest attendance record in the Astrodome's history until 2019 when Cardi B broke it (75,580)

While Selena was creative in her designs, those pants were around in the early 70's. I loved wearing those pants in Jr. High and we wore them with platform shoes. The top is completely her as I don't remember anyone wearing that kind of top. It's beautiful.

Love Selena!! Gone way too soon! Thanks for your reactions. Another person gone way too soon was Freddie Mercury. Have you done any Queen reactions? Amazing band. Selena often reminds me of Freddie because she had a similar stage presence as he did. The most famous song of Queen is Bohemian Rhapsody. The video has over 1 billion views so definitely need to check that one out, especially since the first and middle section could not be replicated live. But I always like his live performances even though they had to put the song on for the middle section and you still you get to see him play and sing the second, fourth, and fifth part of the song.
