What is Infernum Mode?
Infernum mod is an extension mod for Calamity that adds an extra difficulty - "Infernum", that's harder than Death mode, with a primary focus on expansive reworking of boss AIs and visual overhauls.

See, I would love to try this fight with the shaders and everything, but I’m pretty sure my computer would explode. I already need extremely low graphics for every post-ml fight

That's just terraria in general, I have a 2070 gtx and 32 gb of ram, and it still struggles from time to time. My performance is great on other games, but terraria lags quite a bit. No idea why.
