It's because EVERYBODY knows his intent.
It isn't malicious. Or used to prop himself or Mexicans up & others down.
To be honest… if white people didn't always have that intent… of making others look bad to their own benefit… and then actually profit from it… nobody would care about their criticisms.
… but when you say that people are invading to gain politically… or that they take your jobs because of this ridiculous belief that skin color… and not the poverty that they're kept in… makes them better in a country where the climate made brown skin ideal…?

I'd argue that Trevor Noah has that as well, with more of a trend toward telling the joke from the point of view of that other culture. Fluffy tends more toward explaining his own interactions with that culture and learning how it compares to his own. Two great comedians who bring people closer together with their standup.

As a Mexican who briefly lived in India, I agree we have so much in common! Btw the street food won’t make you sick. You’ll get what is called “Delhi Belly” for the first couple days (always be near a toilet), but then the body adjusts. It has more to do with the unique blend of spices specific to India than with parasites. Street food is cooked to such hot temperatures it kills all bacteria… definitely don’t drink the water though, always carry bottled water or order masala chai or beer. And the traffic is 100% true. Cars, motorcycles, mopeds, bicycles, people, cows, all using the same roads with nothing but implied lanes, and no one hits anyone. Especially the cows, they always have the right of way. India was one of my favorite countries to live in. Had a lot of fun, met some amazing people I still whatsapp with today, and was also humbled in many ways. The food is simply incredible. Indian food outside of India is not the same, it’s forever ruined for me 😂 until I can have it again in India.

Yeah. Indian food is *hot.* If you aren't used to lots of spices or those *kind* of spices, it'll mess up your digestion. Never been to India, but that's my experience with unfamiliar foods. Then there's MSG. I've heard that a lot of people will react badly to suddenly eating a lot of Chinese food because of all the MSG, but they'll eventually get used to it. I avoid MSG altogether because it gives me migraines.

Gabriel might be surprised to find out that Mexicans actually first cultivated chili peppers. Yellow traffic lights: same here in Brazil. I was teaching my 3 yo niece about traffic lights (bc I drive her a lot - on calm neighborhood streets, I'm responsible ), so it was like: Green is for "Go yeay" and Red is for "Stop, oh no". And then after some time she asks: how about yellow? And after considering the answer, I'm like: when you're older we talk about yellow. It's a very complex matter. A few days latter, my brother tells me my niece is doing something funny when coloring... she picks up the yellow crayon and goes like "complex matter" 😂🤫

Gabriel is very good with accents and sound effects. Russel Peters is another one who is really good with using accents for humor.
As for the cows, I'm not surprised there's misunderstanding there. Most people don't know that the Hindu religion originally ate beef from male cows, and I think there is a lot of ignorance of the religion in general, particularly in western countries. I have however seen stories that suggest that Hindu, at least at some point in time, believed that souls were born as cows before being born as humans, and that when reincarnating, they could move up or down a sort of hierarchy of life depending on how they acted in the previous one. So it's possible someone gave Gabriel a twisted form of one of those stories.
