They were not using autotune during the concert. They were singing live over backing track with prerecorded vocals just like in music shows. But this video is taken from DVD version sold a while after the concert. And DVD version has stupid amounts of autotune put on their vocals, as you can clearly hear in this video. So unfortunately yes, this is autotune you are hearing here and its painfully obvious. They sound like robots.
