    I just purchased their 100 gpd rodi unit last week. Really like it. Like the disconnects and entire unit. It replaced an old Kent Maximma unit I had for for well over 25+ yrs. (Old time reefer here). It was time to replace the entire unit it as it was old and had threaded connections. Very informative video.

    Do they have any current promotions/discount codes? Looking at their new Blue Fin 500 gpd.

    So now you need double and triple of each thing....?$?$?

    • @Reefscom
      @Reefscom  9 місяців тому

      While it's not a necessity for most, it's important for redundancy and to make sure things like chloramine is properly and completely eliminated from the water. This is the reason for double carbon after aquafx's in house testing. Double di makes it more effective when you live in an area with city water that isn't really pristine.

      @@Reefscom So Prime doesn't really "remove" chloramine, even though it "says" it does... Is Prime "no good"...?
      And if the RO unit removes 96+%, do you really "need' 2 DI's....? That seems like "redundancy" overkill...$$$
      Or possibly selective marketing to fanatical types....
      We all know those people that love to buy things they don't "need" and then constantly brag about it.
      Somebody once said "there's one born every minute".... LOL
      Seriously though, Prime doesn't remove Chloramines...? Is it bullsh!t...?
