What happen..when u inject the fluid and no blood comes ..but after pulling the injection ..only a little blood come out .
This is an expected situation. There may be slight bleeding. Pressure should be applied for a few minutes.

Intramuscular drugs usually cannot be administered iv. however, the ways in which it can be given iv/im should be checked in the package insert of each drug.
Yes it is harmful, because it çan lead to paralyze of that limb😮

I got a 10ml syringe 💉 and 18 gauge needle and open all 10 ampules and use 10ml syringe 💉 to extract it all out and then put it in to my 3X 30ml rubber top bottle, and it is then much easier to get out the bottle the right amount without any air bubbles and no wastage 👍🏼
I then use a 27 gauge 40mm needle to get it to the muscle (Ventro Gluteal Site)
This is the best place for self administered I.M. injection, coughing as you hit your body and pushing it in, until it stops, pulling back to check for any blood 🩸 🤔
And I have only seen it once, and all I do is pull it out half way and move it to a different angle and push it back into the stop and recheck it, and once it’s done put the whole lot in 😋

It will resist but less ... because subcutanuous tissue is soft.

Injection is a minor trauma. Stinging may occur.
If needle crosses the vein and the syringe fluid enters to the body rather in vein... What happens?
Syringe fluid is im form. Not iv.
It is generally not appropriate to give IM drugs via the iv route.

Hi, i doneted blood week ago, but after this many days randomly in a day when i fold my arm i feel something in my wein (hope spelling is corrct, im trying to say the pipes which blood flows in) so feel something in those pipe or wein but not every time but randomly its feels like somebody glued something on my skin and then remove it very quickly so what to do now

This is likely to just be muscle cramps from the cannula used to donate your blood. It shouldn’t be anything with your veins although there’s a possibility the cannula used in your vein was sitting on a valve. Pain should go away with healing

If the iv form is given with a slow push, it does not cause pain.

What happens if you inject with resistance will medication still work?
There is slight resistance in intramuscular injections. Intramuscular drugs act in this way.
Do you have to shove it in that far? Why not stop halfway with the needle

I dont know if its because im a big guy without much muscle mass but i never know if im in muscle or not. I inject approximately where directed but being so big my body is not shaped like most. I push the pin in as far as i can, aspirate, and if all is well, i inject. Even afterwards i have no way of knowing if it went into muscle or fat/subQ. Is there any way to tell? Thanks guys
