    可以多拍点完整训练的内容,从初级开始,以及动作分解,或者直播课堂

Wow this is so nice. I've always wanted to learn this but sadly my mum would never allow that. I wish I can learn that so I can at least not die when people bully me for no reason at all because apparently my tongue won't make bullies yield because it's just not enough. Btw, now that they've both nailed their middle splits though, you should totally let them try front splits on both sides and straddles and do over splits for all of them so you can suffer and endure more pain like me while ~my teacher~ you kick, press or sit on my joints near their hips so you can force their hips/upper body lower and have even more pain, as well as straighten their knees and point their toes. Oh, and if you want them to learn to endure even more pain, you should totally add arch training. And do penches and pivots. THE PAIN. THE SUFFERING. And no, I am not trying to teach you to teach them. That was and never is my intention. I was just sharing my pain :') Please do NOT take any offence to my little message. You can pretend that you've never read this entire thing and leave it. Just want to suggest a little something to train their 心智 even more because flexibility is essential in taekwondo as you said and that SMILING THRU DA PAIN and NOT YELLING OR HOLLERING AND HOLDING DA PAIN IN WHILE STRETCHING will train them. And if you find me suggesting this offending or disrespectful, impolite or ignorant, I wholeheartedly apologize because I'm just like the most random person ever who's never done this before even though I wish I can and rhythmic gymnastics is the only sport I've ever accomplished anything with.

@star Future I don't think he did. Like he knows what arch training is and if you put it through google translate it's messed up
