😂 Roodle looks so at home in the passenger seat, just like a little man😂 I just love him to pieces ❤
You guys get better and better at your videography and appropriate music selections, pic in pic, slow motion, etc. Enjoying your videos more every week.
Thank you, Richard! I appreciate your kind words! 👍😀
Those waterfalls are beautiful and powerful. Thank you.
Roodle is a UA-cam star in his own right. Love him sitting up at the end.
What a great hike. Loved all the waterfalls beautiful. Roodle was a crack up sitting in the front seat. Great high fives. HAPPY TRAILS.
😂 Roodle thinks he a human most of the time.
Oh my goodness, Roodle was fabulous during the wrap up talk at the end. I kept waiting for him to speak! He sat there and looked at the camera like a champ! Beautiful waterfalls too! 👍🏻🐾🤗
Roodle came up there on his own! He does think he is a human. 😀
Wow‼️ Y’all are one of the best travel channels Ive seen. No drama, no hooks just scenery & camping.
Thank you, Teri! That means a lot to us. Very much appreciated! 👍😀
Gorgeous country! Oregon has a lot to offer!
Amazing sights of nature! Incredible water fall! ✅
WOW ‼️
The Middle North Falls.
Love it !!
All Falls are beautiful. But the #4 was the BEST
Aren't those just amazing! One hike through here and you will be hooked on waterfalls for life! 😀😀😀
Always so green!
I live just south of there in Eugene. I've been to that park probably about ten times. I've only done the entire trail once, but have done section hikes many a time. One of my favorite places in the world ! ❤ The South Falls is the first one I saw in the park, and it's always been my favorite.
Roodle looks just adorable :D
Lust & green, no drought there.
Great video! Beautiful falls and forest! My favorite part of video is every minute with Roodle the awesome dog! Stay happy and safe!
Thank you, Joyce! Roodle hopped right up there on the seat like one of the family. He seems to enjoy the camera time 😂
Over the top gorgeous, amazing footage and editing and production quality
Oh my goodness...that was incredible! I love waterfalls. That would be such a great place to visit. Thank you so much for sharing...that's the only way I'll ever see it. Roodle looked so cute the way he was sitting in the front seat looking at the camera...and the high fives, he's such a good boy. Just a fabulous video! Safe travels!👍😁
Thank you, Marilyn! We had such a great time. I can't believe this is not a national Park. What a treasure it is. Doodle was pretty happy to sit there and be a part of this video. He decided to do this all on his own. 😂😂
Love the falls, Thank you for being my legs!!! I can just feel the mist on my face!! Great pic of Dave and Roodle at the North Fall💖 SO MANY DIFFERENT SHADES OF GREEN💚💚💚 Love walking behind the falls, the greenery growing out of the rock ceiling you are walking under is cool👍 I love the moss covered branches!!! WOWZA...middle north fall was fantastic💖 I LOVE ROODLE sitting in on the info session, he is so stinkin cute💖 HIGH FIVE MY FURY FRIEND🤚 HAPPY TRAILS DARLINS🤠💖😎
This is a real treasure! We are so happy to share with you. Roodle knows he is the star of the show. 😀🐕🎾
Oh, wow! Awesome hike. Thanks. 👍🇨🇦😎🌲💦👍
I have never heard of this place ! But My God !!!Awesome!
Just loved this!!! Roodle and song are fantastic!!! Thanks and I even watched the adds all the way through!
Thank you, Terri! We appreciate your support. Roodle would high five you if you were here. 👍😀🐕
Absolutely gorgeous! Another place to put on our list. Loved watching Roodle look for his ball!
We have lost 2 Roodle balls since this video...he likes to hide them before we break camp.😂
@@oneadVANtureatatime Fluffs are too adorable!
What an amazing place to visit. I must go there. It is beautiful. Thank you for sharing.❤💚💙💜
We hope you do! It's flat amazing. 👍😀
Roodle, you are a superstar❤️ Beautiful scenery! Thanks for sharing😊
That was awesome. Definitely going on the list. Roodle looking at the camera the whole time you were talking cracked me up. Thanks for sharing and safe travels.
What a beautiful place. I bet the first picture makes it into the calendar 😊
Omg! We have forgotten all about the calendar. Thank you for the reminder. 👍😀
💦 Spectacular waterfall and lush green trail footage. Especially luv’d the filming from behind the falls as well as side angles as they empty into the river below. Your ending in the van with Roodle sitting upright was ever so adorable and hilarious. I fully expected him to add his opinion at any given moment. 👏
Thank you, Linda! We went behind a waterfall in Kentucky, after that we were hooked! Roodle went there and sat on his own! 😂😂😀
You have the best, most calming videos. So nice and enjoyable to watch.
Thank you, Dawn! We are pretty much no drama and hope to keep it that way. 😀😀😀
I was just there is early August. It was so beautiful! I parked at the South parking lot and hiked the loop. Longest hike I have ever done by myself. It was 9.5 miles and my legs were sore and tired, but the waterfalls were so worth it. I live in N. CA and just started exploring Oregon and Washington more. Loved your video!
Right on! We originally started this journey from Redding, Ca. We know a few amazing locations in that area. 😀
This is Awesome! We keep hearing about the ‘drought’ Out West and just love seeing the beautiful Greenery in Oregon! And always enjoy your comments and teaching ‘as you go’! Blessings to You Both and Roodle 🌺🌼🐶
The ending with Roodle looking like a ‘wise old soul’ in the Van - priceless!
Thank you! It was as green as it gets, absolutely wonderful. Roodle knows he is the star of our show. 😂😀🐕🎾
Another beautiful video. Thank you for bringing us along.
I just love Roodle he's so handsome sitting there
Thank you, Kristi! He loves to sit in the van seats as well. 😂👍
That is amazing nice place thank you for sharing nice view
Thank you for the great videos. I went there years ago. Before I took pictures. Your videos brought back great memories.
Right on, Glenn! Thank you for the reminder tip to check on the polycarbonate for loose screws! It's holding up perfectly. I can't thank you enough for all of your help. 👍😀😀
What a cool place! Beautiful!
I really love Oregon and waterfalls are my favorites. I'm going on a few days vacation next month in ne arkansas and the whole vacation is working around the waterfalls.
We did a couple of waterfalls in Arkansas! I love this state, you are in for a great time. We are definitely excited for you. 👍😀
Wow beautiful
That’s amazing you can walk behind the falls like that!! Oregon is such a beautiful state. I had to watch the ending twice because Roodle is so cute 🥰
This is definitely going on my bucket list, what a beautiful area.
Nice editing on the video.
👍
Right on! You will not be disappointed. 👍
A...mazing!!!!!!!!!!!! I love how Carrie always goes as far as she can. Also, completely agree about some walks are JUST for them. Right on. I feel bad for many dogs I see at the park. You should hear me singing and swaying whenever Roodle's song comes on. I just love it. It seemed like he was looking straight at us in the passengers seat at the end. He is such a great dog. Love you guys.
Thank you, Jodie! We have such a good time spoiling Roodle. He is the happiest dog we have ever known. He loves the camera. 😂😀
I've been there. It's everything they say and more. This the northwest rain forest.
:) WOW! THANKS MUCH for sharing! Wonderful place and waterfalls indeed! ALL THE BEST and Cheers! :)
Thank you, Marty! 😀
very cool where you could walk behind so many of the falls, it must of be so amazing to do
BEAUTIFUL views on this video. Roodle was a show by himself at the end...... Are we sure he's not humid!!!
I know right! 😂 Roodle loves to sit like a human in the two front seats. 🐕🎾😀
Wow, I just did that hike last week. The looongest hike I've ever done but was so worth it. It has some of the most beautiful waterfalls I have ever seen. Being able to walk behind them was a treat and I would do it again😃. Love how Roodle is paying attention there at the end😂
Right on! We would make a return trip as well. There is something special about going behind a waterfall. Great job making this your longest hike! 👍😀😀
what amazing 👏 😍 🙌 👌 trip, thank you.
WOW this was excellent! I absolutely love waterfalls and this is now on my go-to list when I get to Oregon so thank you! And of course, the funniest part of this video was Roodle sitting up like that with you guys I was LOL!
Thank you for referring us to this channel 👍🤩
Thank you for referring Ramblyn Rocketeer to our channel. 👍😀
Thank you for checking out our channel 👍😀
@@oneadVANtureatatime Aww you're one of my very favorite channels so glad to share your adventures!
@@ramblynrocketeer you're going to enjoy them I'm sure!
I absolutely love your videos. I wasn't aware of this area, so a new bucketlist place. Hope to see you out there one day. Happy Trails!
We hope to see you on the road as well. If you see our van don't be shy and come say hello. 👍😀
Guys another fabulous episode!
Karen and I keep commenting that Carrie looks as if she’s losing weight and we give her a big thumbs up for that. And of course Roodle sitting there for the closing he is so handsome and smart.
Roodle decided to sit there all on his own! 😂 He love camera time with us. 😀😀😀
I love my well trained well mannered dog but when it comes to popular busy and congested trails I welcome the relief of not having dogs allowed because it is all to clear that many people work on these training skills for their dogs. Like Roodle Sam just gets a nap and good exercise playtime later. As I’ve stated before I think you put out one of the best channels I follow. Thanks
Thank you, John! I agree about dogs on popular trails. We just did another trail near Tunnel falls and decided it was no place for pets even though they said it was ok.
Wonderful!! Thanks
South Falls for the win, wow 😲
Nice! 👍😀😎
Wow, what a great place! I’ll put this on my list. Thank you for sharing 😁👍
Our pleasure. 😀
Absolutely amazing. I love waterfalls and you captured this trail perfectly. This has been on my list of places to visit for quite some time. Hopefully, I'll make it there someday.
Iam grateful for rain, or moisture in Oregon, California is so dry here in my location 88 miles south of Oregon border.
That sounds like the area we started out from! We lived in Redding, Ca. So hot and dry. The first sign of rain we would run outside to greet it.👍
We camped right next to you in Thompson fallsMT and your set up was so cool but my favorite part was definitely your dog with the Mohawk he was so cute! Your guys life seems definitely full of fun and adventure
Thank you, Carley! We are loving this lifestyle. Roodle our dog is the star of our show. Thank you for stopping by here on our comments! 👍😀
So beautiful waterfalls! Thank you.
Thank you! 😀
Thanks for this Awesome video. I love Oregon!!!
Thank you, Kathy! I am amazed how many amazing waterfalls can be packed into one small area! This is one of those places it's impossible to get tired of. 👍😀
So beautiful! Thanks for sharing. Roodle's ball was the same color as the dead grass. Poor guy. Lol.
Yes! The orange one are so much easier to find. Even at that we have lost 2 balls since this video. Roodle likes to hide them just before we break camp. 😂
@@oneadVANtureatatime Little stinker. Lol. 😁
I used to take my kids to Silver Falls, when I lived in Salem. There is a small town called Falls City that has 3 huge falls as well. You really should see the falls when they are frozen....
I would love to go when the falls are frozen! That must be amazing.👍😀😀😀
Glad you enjoyed SIlverfalls.. Its pretty near where I live. Great video.. Many dog owners spoil it for the rest of them.. There has been some litter issues on weekends and you can imagine if people bring dogs it always brings irresponsible pet owners it can be bit of a safety issue when there is steep cliffs on many of the trails. Sucks that it ruins it for responsible pet owners.
Hi and thanks, One AdVANture At A Time for sharing.
I, too like to chase waterfalls, especially those accessible by kayak.
You, two provided the audience with plenty of information and it is appreciated.
Indeed, it's hard to pick the favorite waterfall, but I would say "Lower South Fall" is one of the tops on the list. BC..as you said, walking through behind the curtain is amazing. This fall is elegant...
Well done. 🙋♀🙋♀🛶🛶
We have a video coming out in a few weeks or more of a place you will love! It’s a kayak into waterfall that is amazing! We can’t wait to show you. There is even a cave you can kayak into. All from a free campground! Can’t wait for you to watch this one. 👍😀😀😀😀
@@oneadVANtureatatime Wow..cannot wait ...my lips are sealed🤐 Had your bell tickled.🥰
Love waterfalls. The weather made it look so lush and gorgeous. Thanks for sharing.
Awesome, thank you
Yay! Another Roodle video!
My sister and I spent a summer in the Willamette Valley near Albany in the 80's. We did the same trails then. Beautiful area.
There are also some cool covered bridges east of Albany which are very cool. I'm sure you could find them on a map.
I love covered bridges! Next time though we will have to check it out. We got to see a few in New England that got me hooked. 👍😀 Thank you for the tip.
Lush & vibrant video 💦💚
Patti Crane’s Lane referred us your way 🤩👍
Hey Guys! Been awhile since I commented... We've been trying to get our Hobbit Hut ready for full-time. But definitely been enjoying your videos! ;-) This trail is for sure a must-do... Nice that Roodle can get a hike in! Those waterfalls are just absolutely beautiful! Thanks for sharing this amazing trail! 💙Terry and Terri
Good to hear from you again! The Hobbit Hut is an excellent name! How close to full-time are you know? You know we are excited for you guys! 👍
@@oneadVANtureatatime We have hopefully only 7 months left before we can go. Thanks!!
Love how Roodle is sitting in a yoga pose😀at the end. He is so cute!! Thank you all for the beautiful video!
Roodle seems to love hanging out any time we have the camera on😂😀
That was amazing!!!
Dagnabbit! I was ever so close (like 14 miles away) from there two weeks ago and talked myself out of taking a chance there was a camp spot open for me. Wish I'd at least tried. Always love your stuff, guys.
Just think of it as a reason to go back. Take care Mike😀😀
Perfect ending with Roodle included!
Beautiful Oregon, looks like a great place guys thanks for the video
Awesome video guys Keep up the great work
Thank you, John! 👍😀
Gorgeous! The one thing western Oregon and Washington have is lush scenery. And thank you for the recap including Roodle. He was a perfect "panel member"! Ohhhhh, I know: He was the Moderator! ~ Kir (and Ron)
Love This! TY!
Aww. I love you guys 🐾🥰
Thank you! 😀😀😀👍
Roodle cracks me up you look like a human sitting in the front seat! And he was looking right at the camera like you guys were!🤣
He loves the camera! 😂 😀
Love the Roodle song! 😂 Our dog loses her ball all the time too. I have put this place on our bucket list. Planning a trip to Oregon next spring. Thanks.
Wow, wow, awesome. That was a great vidéo of all the Falls and greenery. You guys do an amazing job. We just love your way of sharing your travels and off course Ruddle.
Happy trails, stay safe. Ann & Emile from Canada.
Epic waterfalls! Really beautiful place.
Looks to be quite crowded. Thanks 😊
Love it! Oregon is amazing.
Hey guys, we are going next week for the day. Where should we park, we will be in our RV. We plan on using our e-bikes to go all around to the different waterfall hiking spots. Since our rig will be too big to be parking everywhere .
🌺🤙🏽
Hiked the entire 10 miles last April. It was so beautiful. Only a couple climbs. Too bad the north side doesn't allow dogs. Not sure why. Although dogs weren't allowed, several people still had their dog on leash. Didn't seem like a problem to me, but I guess the park service must have reason why.
Silver falls state park is amazing. I love hwy 30 in Oregon, it takes you to about 8 waterfalls on that road. Some are on the road and some you have to hike from the road to. Most aren’t that far off the road. Oregon has so many great places to see. I’d really love to camp at silver falls one day.
Roodle was the real star on this one !
He acts like a human sometimes. 😂👍
Loved it all.Your dog look like he could just start talking. Do you think they might have died the movie The Last of the Mohicans?
Hi Cheryl! I had to check that out for myself 😂 Turns out The Last of the Mohicans was filmed in the Blue Ridge mountains of North Carolina. Having been there, it does look a like! Both areas are lush, green, and water is abundant. 👍😀
I love this area. I was there in March. Frustrating that dogs are not allowed!
At first I thought, no way am I going there. To much traffic. But after watching to the end, this place is on my list. How can you not go?
That's what I thought as well...that there would be too many people but totally worth it in this case. 👍😀
I knew where you guys were right away. We went there last year and loved it! Was super humid, but was amazing. Great fun guys. I didn't get to see all 10, so was cool you guys did that hike. Glad you guys got a campsite. Great video.
Thank you! I love this kind of walk behind waterfalls! So cool you got to see them all. Those miles go by pretty easy when your seeing those amazing sites! 👍😀
Was wondering what rest stop you stayed in as i have just about hit them all on the I-5 corridor and i couldn't recognize the one you were at...My favorite one is Hornbrook ...It would be the first one you come to leaving Oregon coming into Calif...Few miles south of Ashland....Have stayed there several times.....Its like a major park...Lot of times someone there selling coffee or hot dogs/sausages...Waterfallls are too kewl, thanks for showing us the route to see them all...This would be a great 3-day weekend trip .....Travel safe, be well...
I think it was Stantiam or French Prairie I can't recall now. I am pretty sure we have stayed at Hornbrook as well. 👍😀😀
Once again, yal...
This video was taken in late June ( Father'sDay! )... Oregon had a late, wet Spring. Fast forward to today, Saturday, August 27th. They are now hot and dry and we are getting "smoked out" by the Rum Creek Wildfire in Southern Oregon as I type this. I am in Coastal Mendocino County, California.
That sounds like a great place to beat the heat! We lived in Eureka back in the 90’s and loved it. 👍😀
Another great video to start our Saturday. Thanks! Wanted to ask if you have any tips on dealing with wet hiking gear in your van. We are about to start camperizing a van and maybe there is something we should add in. We are putting in two Maxxair fans for ventilation.
If you don't have a shower or “wet room” ..we don't either, you can put a few hooks over the sink area. We did this by accident. We hang all of our wet clothes here until it dries out. Also if possible open a window near your wet clothes and turn one of your fans on. During a nice sunny day we hang our wet clothes on our outside mirrors or right on the front window for a quick dry. Putting windows in that have screens will help keep things dry as well. We love our cabin window next to our heads on our bed. We have some advice for the ceiling fans also....we would love to set up a phone call and share our experience about our build if you are interested. Too much to type here 😂 We are excited for you to get started on your build! OneAdvantureatatime@yahoo.com
Dave, Carrie and Roodle check out Eagle Creek Falls.
+Nehpets Rellek I’m working on editing eagle creek and tunnel falls right now! Just incredibly spectacular!!!
@@oneadVANtureatatime 👍🙂
Bucket list location. Thank you
“ I’m so not listening to your review of the subpar hike. Things sounded a little better when talk turned to “ dog friendly “ but I really don’t care a bit about any hikes! “ implied by Roddle also known as wise ole dog riding shotgun.
Thank you for this video, was that in summertime?
I believe that was late spring/early summer. They had just had quite a lot of rain.
...stick to the Rivers and the places you're used to.
Is this kid friendly?
I would be a nervous wreck with small children in some locations. The trail to the tunnel waterfall was 6 miles one way (round trip 12 miles) there is plenty for kids at the beginning of the trail but if you hike up there are some narrow steep drop off areas of concern. We saw young kids but probably not the best hike for kids.
