That's the first time hearing that but we haven't had any issues with water/ice. Our hotel provide free bottle waters (lobby area). We also bought some in the grocery store inside our resort.
Hi! We are planning on going to The Mayan Palace @ Vidanta. What restaurants do they have there? Are they expensive? If you don't mind me asking, how much did you spend for your family on food and drink for the week? Also, do they have a shuttle that takes you to the nearby Walmart - to buy groceries etc? TIA
Hi Jessica! There are more than 15 restaurants and bars inside Vidanta. Most of them are pretty expensive. We were mostly out of the resort doing activities so we mostly ate out. But when we're at the resort, we spent $20 to $40 per person on food. Room service restaurant is i think the most affordable one. Cooking is an option too, there's a full kitchen in every suite. I hope this helps. Thank you for watching and enjoy your vacation!
Great video! How did you get to the hotel from the airport? I just called and they said no shuttle. They also said that since roads were being worked on it would take 1.5 hours to get there from the airport. Should we rent a car or get a taxi? I’m nervous about a taxi.
@@kjorgensen7 thank you! Do you remember which company you chose? Are they all legit? Also, how much time did you give yourself from when you arrived and when you scheduled the transfer? Thank you SO much!!!
We spent 2300$ for a family of 4 with 3+ meal water resort and musical show. Our flight was 1600$ then the room best vacation ever
Wow!!!first video shared kevz!! Soooooo proud of your 2nd channel💚♥️
Thanks Tawi!!
hello, how much was the breakfast buffet? and other food places on resort
If I remember correctly 2 years ago, it was around $20-30 USD per person.
We've been told not to drink the water or ice...but from what I've seen the resort has filtered water?? Should we be worried about the water/ice??

We booked a private transfer from airport to the hotel. Check viator.com

@@kjorgensen7 sorry one more question, is Vidanta considered the hotel zone?
@@aprilharvey4130 no. It’s secluded and far from everything. As for the transfer, They’ll wait for you at the airport, they always have people there.
