I lost it at: “did you know you can delete money from your bank account?” 😂
Same for me!!!
I laughed so hard.
Damn that's so FUNNY AND SAD AT THE TIME😂😂😂
The fact that I laughed so hard at that line makes me worry for my sanity. : D
Same lol
“Ever since the pandemic the light keeps getting.. dimmer.” I feel that 😅
We’re doing so well guys
Oh you are a COVID divorcee also?
@@K4R3N nope! Class of 2020 undergraduate
@@sierravalentinee damn, worse time to graduate. Hang in there.
It's always so weird hearing a pandemic reference. It feels like that was 10 years ago. Amazing how the brain is so good at blocking out negative experiences and just...carrying on with life.
This feels like a tribute to every writer ever on SNL.
Ya thanks for another fast zoom ....can I have another
You’re one of them?
@@lobaggins3328 Good guess haha
Including the ones who had the misfortune on working during the seasons that were so bad that NBC was threatening to cancel the show (that's the 1980-1981 season [season 6], the 1985-1986 season [season 11, some of them went on to write for The Simpsons and Kids in the Hall], and the 1994-1995 season [season 20, which everyone likes regardless because of Norm Macdonald's Weekend Update]).
Just the shitty ones.
These guys are the best thing that ever happened to SNL lately. They got a very unique energy and always on point 😂
They just signed for a new movie
@@stuwest5862 I hope that was sarcastic.
This is literally the worst thing I've watched all year. Not even slightly funny.
@@iambetterthanu then go away and quit commenting here
Somebody's mom wrote this
I think the fact that they are crushing it with these digital shorts in a 10x10 space is going vastly underappreciated. They just make conversation as funny as it gets.
If the new SNL era has a chance, it rests on these boys.
Let's not blame them ahead of time. ;O)-
It also rests on Chloe fineman and Heidi and kenan. The Only funny cast members left.
It doesn’t have a chance. Clearly.
@@jg2722 kenan sucks. Rarely do I laugh during his skits.
This and weekend update for sure
These three guys actually have me excited for SNL again, I’m finding myself checking for them every time a new episode airs
Bot explaining how exciting it is when weekends come for a single new episode 😂💰
OK, I'll admit it, I do love these guys sketches, between normality & absolutely ridiculous every time. Writer appreciation!
they should let please don’t destroy take over an entire episode
musical guests and hosts
They're currently working on a movie produced by Lorne
@Chris Vrba Ah yes, they've been in Charlotte NC @ a couple different locations so far recording material. Can't wait to see the finished product 🙂
I third this motion
whatcha say man
I’ve never related to a snl sketch like this in my life
Haha same
Can you delete money from bank account ?
That scary 😂
I felt so seen and so exposed 🥲
Aren’t you that guy from The Flash?
Because you’re probably 20
"Just the side effects" felt that one in my soul!
If the biggest side effect is to create the very serotonin imbalance it claims to treat, it's just regular zoloft.
The delivery of “Totally! 😃 We’re slipping away 😁” is so good, he is so consistently good with his delivery, they’re all great but for some reason his line deliveries always make me jump back to hear it again he’s so funny. Also, I can’t believe how appropriate and necessary it felt to include the emoji within the quotation marks but it felt essential 🤪
Literally the first sketches I go to watch once SNL wraps up is these guys 😂😂😂 too funny!
"Ever since the pandemic, the light just keeps getting dimmer." Painfully true yet funny.
As an Irish person - I feel both seen and offended at their spot on makeup for sleep deprivation.
Ohh I- I don’t think that’s makeup tbh ☠️☠️
People at snl literally almost never sleep ☠️☠️ it’s been confirmed by most writers
PDD is always the best part of SNL
Nowhere near the digital shorts during the Lonely Island era, but still better then most sketches nowadays.
@@guusless lonely island ! epic. binge-watched a few weeks ago = literal bellyache from laughing
@@guusless ps ben je nederlands? or Belgian? Just curious :)
@@alumpyhorse Nederland! :)
@@guusless :) Ben je ook een fan van Arjen Lubach?
Ik kom ook veel Nederlanders tegen on a completely different(and positively riveting, sanity saver) sort of channel, Beau /the fifth column (i even thought I saw your name there but I’m probably imagining it
I love this skit so much. It's just perfection. The timing, the beats, the delivery of every line. I love these guys now. I've watched this video easily a dozen times. I'm sharing this video with everyone, including my therapist. 😂
These guys never miss
Never.
Lmaooooo @ cigarette fitness… this whole skit was hilarious 😂
“Is it working?”
“Not yet”
😅
That therapist is in the Please Don't Destroy skit on Self Defense!!! LOL!!!
I don't think I've ever laughed so hard at a sketch that I've cried .... Until today.
I lost it at the face he made when he saw the hallucination therapist 🤣
All the feels on this one ☝🏼
How are the "Please Don't Destroy" videos ALWAYS gold?! 🤣
Please don't destroy Please Don't Destroy, ever! They are hilarious in their own unique, creative skits. I wish there were more of them to rewatch :)
I'm surprised that Meghan didn't pop up in PDD. Kind of disappointed she didn't but this was still a banger! 😁
Totally felt the same, but like you said, these guys still killed it.
She probably took one look at them and all her Red Flags were waving at her to stay the EFF away from em! XDXD
I actually prefer when they just get to write whatever they want instead of having to tailor their sketch to the celebrity guest of the week.
I feel this more than I want to admit
This sketch has the most bizarre energy- it feels like an out of context video edited together into a sketch. I love it.
It reminds me of CollegeHumor, but more rapid-paced
Goto the park and scream about how there are too many wires in the world lol
It was all funny, but
"I've been seeing a therapist! Yeah, like all over the place, I don't think she's really there."
destroyed me.
It's a hallucination caused by suppressing the memory of abusive psychiatric professionals from childhood. Unfortunately for him, the only solution ever allowed to be discussed is more therapy, which would trigger his PTSD and then some. What he doesn't realize is that at certain times, such as in the shower, riding the bus, or masturbating, she actually IS there, as she has been stalking him since the second grade. Most of the time it's just a hallucination, however. The therapist relies upon these hallucinations to cast self doubt upon her victim, enabling her to stalk her target from plain sight.
Both extremely relatable and sad at the same time.
I think that's why it's so good. lowkey we've ALL been going through it, our world is tough right now😅😅
"Delete money from your bank account!" Hilarious!😂 I've never seen these guys before. Loved this!
I am in tears....omg!!!!
I've never laughed so hard at an snl skit
These guys are not only phenomenal writers, they great actors as well. So funny 😂❤
Yes! So talented!
I'm just never going to get tired of these guys... Can't wait for their movie! 😏
I’m a logistics broker and this is my life. I laughed so hard I have tears in my eyes! Or maybe that’s from trying to hold them open! 😂😂
Pretty much exactly how life feels. 🤣
Can't get enough of the wittiness from this dynamic trio 🔥🌟🔥
just repeating the words of everyone else really but ben martin and john are literally the lifeblood of snl at this point the sketches they are responsible for are consistently the funniest and most original and i am so excited to see what they do next !! lorne is lucky to have them.
The teeth grinding KILLED ME! 🤣🤣🤣
The unpredictability of their skits is what makes each one amazing. I lost it at the cigarette gym part. 😂
The comedic chemistry of these guys is first rate.
I love THEM and there wellness
watching this after having been awake for 32 hours is such a wake up call which i really needed because i have a chem quiz tomorrow and i need to pull an all nighter thanks boys
0:48, “Why, what did I say😂😭”
These guys of Please Don't Destroy are the best. They begin their second season of SNL. 😃
Wow! I cannot explain how relatable this video is as a current grad student. Just checks every box off the list.
Does that include deleting money from the bank account?
@@canaisyoung3601 Yeah I'm guessing paying for grad school feels exactly like deleting thousands of dollars from your account every semester...
every time a new please don't destroy skit comes out an extra year is added on to my life
Hands down the best skit of the night
remember dancing? haha! 🤣😂🤣 this is so good!!! Love this sketch ❤️
i watch for these boys, every skit makes me laugh.
"delete money from your bank account" i woke up my whole family
I don't even know why I almost died laughing at the "did you know you could delete money from your bank account?" part. These guys are good at what they do, so I have no interest in their wellness, if it means we do not get more content from them. 🙃
It’s my favorite line!!😂😂😂
😅 I know
Me too! 😃The whole thing was hilarious, but that "delete money from your bank account" line had me rolling! 😂
Great stuff as always. The therapist joke is 10/10.
Sorry if someone already asked this, i didn't read all the comments but, was that Cecily Strong doing the notification at the end?
Also, these guys are hilarious.
I love "Chelsea" and "Wellness"
😂
As a person who has a hard time at work, thank you for making me laugh and cry.
These guys are awesome, typically the funniest part of the show.
Just what I needed to see after getting off work late, another Please Don’t Destroy gem, nice!
This is painfully relatable
fokken shit, the teeth, I laughed and woke the neighbors up!
THIS is GOLD, ha ha haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa~
I loved this, and I actually wear a mouthguard because I grind my teeth at night 🦷🦷🦷
LOVE THESE GUYS TO WELLNESS AND BACK !
They are too good for SNL
Their energy is Fuego!
These guys. Yes!!!!! 💚
Just hysterical!!
“God we are so doing well right now” “totally we’re slipping away” 😂
the delete money on your bank account thing got me so weak
These guys give me so so much life ahhhh😂 and if they weren't on SNL I don't think I would be watching anymore. Please keep it up. ❤❤❤
These are by far my favorite sketches on SNL
Kind of sad Meg wasn't in the sketch because I would have loved to see her dynamic with these 3. But I love that they bring attention to the writer's room and seeing the writers act. It's a nice surprise and fun to see them in a different role.
She took one look and them and walked off. Too much Pasty Whiteness going on for her to deal with. XDXD
Lol...a smoking gym...gents great way to keep SNL afloat...
That therapist lady 😂😂😂
Omg, every time these skits come on with these 3 in there office I start rolling with laughter😂, it’s so entertaining! Keep it up!🙌
these kids know comedy.
“I’ve been seeing a therapist.. all over town”
😆
Deleting money! 😂
I'm a mom with a newborn and a toddler and I've been sending this to my other mom friends -- it hits a little too close to home!
I read this and then went back and just watched this with the perspective of a parent with babies and toddlers and it hits hard.
Best of SNl
The lack of sleep, the crappy diet, the mental health problems, I’m pretty sure they’re just describing college
It's like a miniature, hilarious-bordering-on-tragic horror-comedy because those jokes cut very close to the truth sometimes :)
You know I love it when there is two steady shots that are boring but to make it interesting you zoom in 4000 times for an interesting effect! Nice!
Dimmer, yeah!
I have watched this SO many times. Like 100 of these views are just me. It's just perfection. Every look, every mumbled aside, everything. I feel it so hard. I don't get much sleep these days. I've always ground my teeth like a meth-head on the night before finals. I'm on Zoloft and a few other things (and my lady-p is BROKEN). I'm seeing a therapist (though mostly over zoom). I eat a ton of sugar now....and there are too many goddamn wires in the world!
More of this please....🤣🤣 Best laughs on the show.
That was actually funny, esp. cuz they wernt squinting at cue cards LOL
I love them so much!!
"I just want a day where I go to the park, take off all my clothes and scream 'There's too many wires in the world!'" 🤣🤣🤣
These guys are funny. Hopefully they stay around for a while and grace us with their humor while rebuilding the show.
Every week, I see this clip thumbnail come up and think; "They can't possibly keep it going as hilariously as they have been!" and every week I'm _crying_ because I'm laughing so hard! 😂
#consistency
I literally only UA-cam SNL for these guys. They are better actors and funnier than all of the SNL cast combined. Why won’t SNL freaking listen to us!!??
these guys are so creative. you never know where these bits are going to go!
That’s one of their best skits 😂😂😂❤❤❤
"Touch-up" and "Martin's friend" had me in tears.
Touch-up was so well done it's funny every time you see it. It's the epitome of things going from bad to worse.
The kid in Martin's friend is going places...
They've had a couple of misses, but on the whole, they are laugh-out-loud funny.
1:08 that face is Emmy material.
always end up watching the PDD skits at least twice 😂
my dose of happiness, i laughed too hard love these guys
LOL... I can just imagine they came up with this after a sleep deprived Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and turned it in Friday morning for the read through.
I wouldn't rule it out. This was probably actual conversation during that time and they just added visual jokes to make it a sketch.
