I've sent this video to my father who has just been discharged from quarantine facility and is in home quarantine for 10 more days as precaution. The oximeter at home shows fluctuating levels. Doctor is so helpful. Thanks for sharing this
This step of Oxygen pronning Are Same as related to Namaz steps . To meri Sabhi Muslims se gujarish h ki vi 5 times ko namazo ko padhe ,isme ibadat ke sath sath app apna Oxygen level bhi maintain kar sakte h.
Let me tell you though I am not a religious person atall but once i went to a tableeghi jamat with a friend because I had no place to stay that night. Of the many things I learnt that day, they taught to sleep in a position similar to the sideway pronging. They told me it was a method of way of life as mentioned in islam. I never took it seriously because it was before pandemic now when the doctor told that this is a scientific method now i realized my friend suggestion was right.
