Soil engineering-wise, dont build a swimming pool on land adjoining slope. Load of water and possible leakage will lead to slope collapse. Ensure properly engineered retaining wall. Existing retaining wall is designed to take load of soil only, not additional load of swimming pool.
I'd say the 1st phase bungalows and semi-d's in Jade Hills are nicer than their newer phase houses which look like every other development in Malaysia. The 1st phase had plenty of trees and felt like an actual neighborhood where you see kids playing outdoor in the evening. This new one looks like it mimicks the many industrial buildings outside Jade Hills
Why do people like to live in commercial showrooms nowadays? Some houses are even almost identical to light industrial buidlings found in industrial parks.
In my humble opinion, for someone who can afford this, I think he/she will find it difficult to have the time enjoying all the stuff/space the house has to offer. More often than not, if you are so 💰 rich, you will be out chasing more 💰. Very seldom at home. But very nice place nonetheless.
@@BobbyAngmalaysia I agree with you to a certain extent. I think it really depends on the nature of your profession. For me personally, I am away from the country most of the time. I have a relative who owns a 4m house who is still out most of the time for business. I guess at the end of the day, all of us want to be home with our family and loved ones. But sometimes reality makes it difficult for us. But again, the house in the video memang 👍🏻. Very nice place and design nonetheless. Cheers.
@@iVengeancee Damn juvenile correcting people using urban dictionary knowledge lol. Hey mate why dont we met on next Evo meetup? I can bring you tour my house
@@ethos- HAHAHAHA, trying to intimidate someone by ‘inviting’ people to ‘tour’ your house? You might have a nice house but you sure sound like you’re a lowlife douche bag from all your comments to others :) Good entertainment bro, thanks for lightening up my day with your narcissism ;)
For those people who are able to afford it. Congrats and you have work super hard for it. Is huge! Same though , I will build a 3 storey water slide!

Need to build this house in my sims 4 😂
Beautiful and nice. Pure luxury. How about clean services?
Kinda like it. But would need a battalion of helpers to maintain and run 😅
Very well thought through design, love it!

@@jackmania07 which is sad in a way....
Those who buy a 1.5m to 2.5m house, they're hustling hard for their business. Those who buy a 3m to 4.5m house, already have their free time.
