About 7 months ago, I was suffering anxiety from a number of very unfortunate events coming into my life. I was having palpitations to the point of arrythmia. Diagnosed by a doctor as an acute situational stress disorder. Your videos have helped me get thru all of this, now I'm not experiencing those symptoms. Just wanted to say, thank you.

Hi Tim, we shouldn't scan for anxiety. How can I do that, Tim? I get busy, where I face whatever challenges come my way, but the anxiety is still there, leaving me with shallow breathing, which leads to other issues. It's such an awful feeling. Yes, I'm guilty of scanning for anxiety, what can I do as a replacement? 😒
