Do exercise at least one hour a day better if after 18:00. 6. Take at least one hour of natural light in day time. 7. Avoid naps. 8. Have a healthy regime at least for the last meal before bed. Taking a nap is actually so healthy and help you do whatever you want want to do in your day. Take one hour like from 13:00 and your day will be easier
Had a similar problem with sleep. Try avoid melatonin, your body can become reliant on it and then when you stop using it your body can’t produce enough natural melatonin to get you asleep. Main ways to improve sleep are 1. Regularity- getting up and going to bed same time every day. 2. Get sunlight in the morning (preferably as soon as you wake up) with will give you a surge of serotonin in the morning and thus improves melatonin production late at night. 3. Avoid caffeinated drinks atleast 6 hours before bed 4. Try get exercise atleast 4 times a week. Hope that helps keep up the good work 😊
Also avoid doing any other activities in bed such as going on your phone or watching tv. We are associative human beings and if we aren’t sleeping we start to connect our bed with restlessness which is obviously something you want to fix. Get a good sleep hygiene which means sleeping in a cool environment which is comfortable, and dark, free of noise. And if you are struggling to fall asleep just get out of bed until you’re tired again. This will reconnect your association of bed and sleep. Obviously this is a lot to do but well worth considering in the long run. It will for sure improve your game.
And finally haha, avoid taking naps 6 hours before bed. It will rob you of all your natural melatonin bank making it much harder to fall asleep at night. If you are napping limit yourself to 20 mins maximum

listen bro I promise if u leave Ur phone in another room and make it relatively dark and just force your self to keep your eyes closed I promise after 15/20 min probably less of your eyes closed it gonna go to sleep. even if you don't feel tired if you leave everything and just lay down and keep your eyes closed you'll fall to sleep. love the vids brother hope this helped and doesn't sound weird but I promise just try it half an hour without your phone with your eyes closed the whole time there's now way u won't fall asleep

Ryley to fix your sleep schedule, take 2 melatonin and stretch before you want to go to bed. Like extend your legs and arms as much as you can for 5 seconds and you’ll feel cozy and will get more sleepy
Ryley, I had sleep issues my whole life. Melatonin helped a little but I would feel terrible the next day. The two things that helped me was Wim Hof breathing method to relax and mostly magnesium. Magnesium absolutely changed my whole life would highly recommend it.
I’ve had all the same problems that u mentioned about fixing the sleep schedule. What works for me consistently is setting an alarm, it doesn’t have to be at the time u want to wake up, u just want to make it so u are deprived of an hour or two of sleep so it’s easier to fall asleep at the time u actually want on the next night. So basically if ur gts at 6 AM and waking up at 2 pm, set ur alarm for 11 or 12 noon. Then you’ll fall asleep earlier than u usually do

What you need to do is stay up as long as you can, aim for about 1 hour later than your usual bedtime each day. It will be hard and require some willpower but do it. After a few days, your regular sleep time will be wherever you want it to be. Remember, just 1 hour later per day, if you try and do it all in one go, youll feel groggy still.
Get ambien and black out curtains for your window. Stuff works wonders to fix your sleep schedule. Aircrew for 6 years and it’s by far the best way to get onto a new sleep schedule.
don’t worry about when you fall asleep, all that matters is you wake up at a consistent time. if you need to “reset” your sleep, incrementally increase by about an hour or so each day until you reach your desired bed time and awake time. don’t use melatonin because it’ll just make you sleep heavier and usually longer, other than that seriously try to limit food and drink an hour before bed and if you HAVE to use devices an hour before bed, make sure they’re set on night mode (orange tinted) blue light is your worst enemy for good sleep.
If you want to fix your sleep schedule i suggest doing more irl events or going for morning walks, if you do those, particularly morning walks, it will make your brain realize that you like woke up and offset how much you used your phone the night before. Also try not using black out shades and wake up with the sun.
Let your brain rest an hour befor you wanna go to sleep, that means no phone no tv no nothing except books food and talking don’t make your brain think and in like 2 3 days the sleep schedule is fixed, Make sure to have this hour every day befor you go to sleep otherwise it will be ruined again
Take a really warm/hot shower have your ac on before you shower and then when your body is really warm/hot when you get out to dry off the cold air will help your body temperature drop real fast and that’s been known to help people fall asleep when they struggle to sleep hope this tip helps . 👍😴

Hey, I know I'm a day late, but here to comment on the sleep thing. As both a psychologist and someone who also personally struggles with my sleep schedule (Seriously, I used to go to bed at 6 am most nights) the biggest change you can make is to make sure you have some form of light hitting you in the morning. Our minds are built to respond to sunlight in the morning as a sign to wake up for the day. Depriving yourself of that light is what makes your body capable of sleeping for way longer than it should. If there are no windows in your room that face the east, the next best thing is to get yourself an alarm clock that shines light in your room, instead of blaring with sounds and noises. Its a much gentler way to wake up, and you will wake up much more naturally, and more refreshed. Hope this helps!
I had extreme insomnia and my job starts at 6am so I went through a year or so of feeling terrible. What you have to do is set an alarm to wake you up early every morning, no matter what time you go to sleep. If you go to bed at 3am you get up at 7 am and don't take a nap. You'll be tired for that day but eventually your body will get into a routine.
