Was all yours cap a tight fit and snug? Mines seems to be loose and wiggles around when locked. Thought it would of been a tight fit to make it as water tight as possible.
Makes it look so easy, NOT. Make sure washer is in usb cap. Mine fell out and would not tighten. Reinstalled and tighten good. Next, reinstall screws, not easy either. Will take some patience and time.

Do you mean the screw cap that covers the USB stick? Yes!
@@wavesrx yes the plastic cap. Weird! Does that gray rubber act as a gasket or just holds the cap?
@@angelagabriel684- there is a orange washer that can fall out. Without washer it will not tighten
