Frugal Wizard's Guide was the first Sanderson book I read. Really enjoyed his writing style and humor so I decided to try mistborn. I love this book so much. If the other 2 books are as good this series will likely push harry potter down to #2 for me, which is tough considering that was basically my childhood lol. Anyway lot of good recommendations here, thanks for the video. City of Dusk sounds very interesting I'll be adding that to my goodreads list

Hi! You should do a reading vlog for the Cruel Prince Trilogy. It’s a great series. If you and your wife love the Twilight series and Harry Potter I would recommend the Crave series by Tracy Wolff. It’s like a combination of the two, very YA. But it’s a great fun read.
I'm on hold at the library for Tress of the Emerald Sea. It will be my first Brandon Sanderson! Caraval and From Blood and Ash are on my TBR. I loved The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue!!!
If you want to get more into VE Schwab I have a recommendation. I have not read a whole lot of her books… maybe two? Anyway, Gallant by her was really enjoyable. It is super atmospheric and I found myself really enveloped in this creepy world she created. I really enjoyed it and read it in like two sittings.
Well if you liked Pat Rothfuss’s writing you may like Salvatore’s writing too as they are my two favourite author’s. But don’t start with orc king. Start with homeland if you’re okay with a darker mofia origin story. But if you want to ease into things maybe publication order book 4 the crystal shard. Currently reading Empire of silence and it’s great!
I’ve read every single book RA Salvatore had written! Great recommendation, he is also one of my favorite authors of all time I’ve reread the first 9 Drittz books multiple times 😁😁
I really enjoyed Empire of the Vampire, just finished the second book earlier this month and am interested in where the series is gonna go. Howl's Moving Castle is on my TBR I'm wondering what the differences are from the movie.
From blood and ash is really good you really should read abby Jimenez books they are so good plus I liked how her books deal with serious issues she handles it so well The nightingale is so great dark rise is also good I need to read the sequel Have you and your wife read any books by Anne rice 🤔

You should definitely read the Caraval trilogy! Stephanie Garber has only five stars 👏 same with daughter of the pirate king, great book and series.
