I was brought here as a young child in the 90's. This brings back memories. I remember being freaked out. This was Five Nights at Freddy's for us 90's kids on a vacation to Myrtle Beach 😂😂
@Captain Quirk's Personal Hygienes and Garage I saw this in person. I have the right to speak on it. My comment was hearted by the uploaded of this rare video. I liked it but was still scared cause I was a child.
This must be a rare one. There's an Underdog to the left of the main stage. He's not even a Bullwinkle character, just one that was somehow owned by the greater P.A.T. rights holders.
As someone who's only ever read of these as a Jay Ward cartoon fan, I'm amazed by all the stuff I'm finding out via these internet videos. The biggest mindblower isn't just that they incorporated Underdog into a Bullwinkle show, it's that Bill Scott actually was the one to do his voice. Found a show tape on another site, and if I didn't know it was supposed to by Underdog, I could have sworn the voice was Cloyd the Moonman, as he uses the same voice.
When Dreamation, Inc. first produced this stage for Bullwinkle’s, the idea they had in mind was to have Dudley and U.D. on opposite sites. However, in locations like Long Island, NY, it was the other way around.
I'm just glad there's footage of Dudley or Underdog. There used to at least be a less than a minute video that had Dudley with a fountain behind him, but I can't find it anymore. And am I the only one that somehow thinks Underdog was supposed to be Mr. Peabody, but some higher up said they had to utilize the Total Television characters somehow? Cuz Underdog sure has Mr. Peabody type dialogue.
I don’t recall seeing footage of the Bullwinkle’s show at Boomer’s in action per se, but all I’ve seen of the Boomers show are photos online at Flickr from 2013, when the show was still operational. It’s been unoperational since around 2014-ish due to either copyright issues or not having the money to restore them, yet they still have a Bullwinkle’s-decorated place and show. Weird.
Extremely nostalgic. Last time I was there was 2002
I miss this place so much :(
I remember this when I was in kindergarten before I moved to Florida back in 2001
