  • Here is the air filter I used in the video:
    amzn.to/3jmt05m
This video will show you step by step how to remove and replace the air filter in a Kia Sedona Minivan, for the model years 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019.
Step 1: Pull the hood release latch and pop the hood open
Step 2: Release the hood safety latch an open the hood fully, use the hood support arm on the left to stabilize the hood
Step 3: Locate the air filter cover and lift up on the two tabs marked "pull"
Step 4: Turn the two safety tabs to the outside allowing the filter to slide out of the housing.
Step 5: Remove the air filter and replace with new one, if using OEM re-secure latches on the left and right by turning them towards up towards the inside.
Step 6: Close the air filter housing cover and press on the word "pull" to secure the lid.
Step 7: disengage the hood support, clip it back in place and let the hood drop under its own weight from a few inches from closed to secure the hood.
That's it, you're done!! All together, this will take you less than 10 minutes and save you a bunch of time and money vs going to the dealership or have a quick lube shop change it for you.
I am not compensated for this review but if you buy a product through the links above I may be compensated.

Thanks! I got my 2015 Sedona last year and I typically change my own air filters whenever possible.

Really appreciate this video and a lot easier than I thought it would be (though I havent tried yet to be fair). I think this will save me a few bucks!

Glad you found it useful! Yes way better than the $50 or so the dealer charges...
