Some people don’t want to pay the whole amount in bulk due to fear that they might not get the PR due to their age or lack of funds or Ielts So what the consultancies do is that they offer you (if you have high chance of success) the option to pay in 3 stages. Including once when you reach Canada. Both ways you are paying the same amount or even more so

U just go to collage and ask for transcripts for Canadian visa you will be shocked most collage knows the process even if not wes website clearly says how u should get it.. simple just ask your collage to send the transcript along with a from given by wes to you in and sealed envelop either to you or directly the WES address.

If your are sceptical check in couple of other consultants too and see probably u will get someone who is not asking upfront.. and if you are worried of your ielts please take ielts coaching else were it so be cheap only and give ielts and then start the process ielts is valid for 2 years so try to get ielts first then proceed
You have consulted a wrong person for immigration process. IELTS is valid for 2 years. If your sure enough that your application will be selected within 2 years, do IELTS and put a side, and be busy with your job Search. Also, your IELTS will play a key role in the game in CRS score.
It would be better if u choose a consultant in your place if y stay in India choose an Indian consultant if you are staying in Canada choose one there.. Go to a reputed consultant and meet in person and decide please don't believe any one over phone or email.. So choose the best in your city

Please do your Eca first. Passed Ielts since July and still stuck on my educational assessment.
