Does the front facing camera really matter? This is at a good price for a good phone. $99! My dad just got it and I love it. I'm going to get it on the 11th I'm excited.

I think it may be 4gb of internal storage and 8gb on a card for a total of 12gb. Just something you may want to look up for your video. Great vid btw! :)
my iphone 3G was stolen last week, had that thing for about 3 years, prob gonna buy this because its going to be free :) although the atrix is pretty nice too, i like the look of inspire a lot more
@baba1993 they do bring headphones, mine did, that's a review unit I believe, that's why the phone didn't have any plastic around it, the battery door was opened and the battery was actually in.

I've had this phone for almost 2years now and the reviews made it look amazing ...and it was but maybe 4months into the first year there was lagged and freezing the same thing happens up until now and lots of different problems and since march 2011ive had about five phones because they all messed up and they were the impire the whole five times it did the same thing all the time ....

High speed internet or not you have an awesome latency and that's what matters most, the speed is only how fast it can go, latency is how long it takes you to get information
HTC makes some nice phones but they really need to start providing a bigger battery out of the box. 1500 should be standard for a phone with a screen this size.

@x986123 ALSO, at&t hasn't "flipped the switch" on enhanced backhaul, which is the force behind HSPA+ so you can get those "4G" speeds. HSPA+ is the current solution to LTE, which is also coming to at&t sometime in the next couple of years.
I had this phone, but my sister and her friend tried to guess the password too many times and it locked my out of the phone for good! I now have a iPhone 4S... The hrs is a lot better In my opinion.
ok so i have this phone and for those of u who do too..does the phone have vibrate feedback when you click to open an app on homepage? say i click to open 'messages', is it supposed to vibrate or does it just open without any vibration? i thought it does vibrate, but for some reason, it isn't vibrating wen i click an app. is it actually silent and i maybe wasnt paying attention, or is something wrong with it?? thanks!
isnt the Desire 4g a form of the Evo 4g and not the other way around, and the Evo is a form of the Hd2 all these phones are the same with new bells and whistles

after testing my Inspire i would have to say that the speedtest app is registering the speeds backwards on this phone.. it says i get 600kbs down and 3.3kbs up which indeed seems backwards to me ... this is with 3 bars of H+
@gunstar1981, my EVO takes better video than my Sony Bloggie. My stock battery gives me 7-9 hours and my extended battery gives me around 22 hours. There are a lot of great phones out there. Other phones come close, but overall I think EVO has the best value. Once you factor rooting, it probably isn't even close.

Speeds were slow cos of the synching. I use the desire hd and found that synching affects a lot. But hey great review.

Ahhhhh, the EVO retains its title. Good phone, though. It will be interesting to see people chose between the Inspire and the iPhone4.

Download speeds were slow because it was syncing with Google's servers, hence the round arrows in the notification bar.
