As a note, 31-4 has a rate of 1328 exp per Sta, and 34-4 has a rate of 1370 exp per sta. I'm at 266 Sta max, so a full bar of my sta gives me 1.41 mil exp. Since 31-4 is so much faster than 34-4 you're gonna be refreshing sta faster as well as getting more gems, so even though you spend more sta you get more back from the level up refreshes.
I've just been going back and doing any missions I may have missed first go around 😊 things like win without support item, deal 3 million damage, 2 characters from x category etc. Made me kinda nostalgic seeing the absolute dog turd teams I used to run before going in with overkill. 🤣
Rounded 144k per stage, with your 29 seconds and 10 seconds taken into acount for loading and everything, rounded down it would be 13.292m exp per hour. I'd say 12.5m-13.5m per hour is a safe bet tho
OK idk if its just me but when i do missions instead of consuming sta its giving me some im rank 215 and have 999/ whatever the number is i returned to playing this game after taking a huge break from it
@@yessiwtw im not even ranking up though im just doing a mission and it gives me sta for it instead of taking it but if i go do some events then it will take it so idk lol i know i never run out of sta when i get close i just go do a couple story missions and get a shit ton of sta back
Im at 853 Got 3.140 mill power lvl (F2P btw) i kinda think my power lvl is low for my lvl so i just do 15-2 and avoid the link lvl stages during 4x xp 😆

When you rank up it can go above the limit you usually have for stamina

I think over time yea, but it doesn’t need to be forced. You will accumulate ranks while you link level.
