That first truck that you got isn't exactly rare as far as I know. It's just a fully modified rusty rebel. I've had one in my garage since very close to day one. It was one of the first off-road vehicles I modified and kept. Certain features of the upgrades could only be installed after you leveled up to a certain point, but I don't think it took that long to get there.
Speirs goes through all of this pain making the most amazing videos for us. Thanks for entertaining and making the amazing videos!!

Pro tip spears, if you want to try and mod a vehicle, but not sell, you may want to use the arena war garage, it can mod ANY vehicle pretty sure. Before you tried arena war storage garage by the way, also at 9:24 the pay and spray was closed, said nothing about vehicle!
