It is my first time watching this channel, first video. I like that you went briefly through lots of knives without long stories, however the video is dark, I had hard time seeing some of the knives because some were black, on black background, in the shade. I would appreciate if you could show a still close-up view of the knife for 5-10 seconds and not constantly wiggle and flip it around. Closed the video halfway.

The thing that a lot of creators are talking about is reels not helping the long form content . So you have reels creators and long form content creators . I’m not sure if you can be both ?

Too bad the knives are out of focus and the lighting is so poor so it's hard to see some of the knifes properly...
As a collector, my collection varies from $25 to $1100. Most of my knives are very impractical, especially as the price goes up.
If someone asked me for a practical knife recommendation, I’d likely mention some knives under $100.
But if someone asked for a recommendation of a knife that is very nice but is still practical and meant for use, the Sebenza would be my answer.
I consider the Sebenza to be the most practical high end knife. And the gold standard of American knife craftsmanship.
For me, it’s the only knife that is luxurious feeling but also not flashy enough to be a safe queen.

Out of curiosity, how does everyone here sort their knife collection? By brand? By usage (EDC, heavy duty, etc.)? Or something else?
I’m currently at around 65 knives, sorted by brand in Spyderco SpyderPacs, but it feels messy at times and I was considering reorganising.

Great question! I sort my knives by Brand and sub categorize them by release date. But that’s coming from a knife reviewer lol.
I sort mine by alphabetical order lol but I only have about 10 in my collection.
If I were you maybe try arranging by size?

You can send the CRK in and get the studs swapped. I don't like the blue think they should all just come with the silver lugs. I do have the small and large DLT exclusives with the Elforyn think its called the synthetic tusk micarta inlays and they have bronze studs and lanyard post and I do like the bronze on that and the wood inlay models but the rest just silver. Ideally I would just switch studs completely if you didn't mind voiding warranty. I love the studs on my Knifecenter FDE Inkosi think they are from Ti Connector so much more comfortable then those pointy things CRK uses

I was really happy to see that you have Chris Reeve knives in your collection. I would really love to see some full custom knives in your collection. It’s amazing how far you can go with the hobby of knife collecting. I have collected pocket knives for a long time. I love to collect the older styles of knives such as slip joints, and barrows, as well as newer styled knives. I really want to experience a Rockstead, Kirby Lambert Orion MGT, and a Todd Begg Bodega with the Northman etching on the scales. I love how the hobby of knife collecting continues to evolve. Im a fan of collecting cool knifes. What kind of knifes do you recommend fo beginners?
It’s great to start with cheap knifes to get a feel for them. Any gas station has super sick ones, in a variety of colors and designs.

So strange you have extremes... I would say 90% of your knives are hot trash but then you have the CRKs and the Koenig... Interesting. I have a couple CRKs myself but actively looking to add an Arius in CF and a shirogorov hati gen 3 in CF as well. I just can't own a knife unless it is made of super steel with a titanium/carbon fiber frame haha I actually sold my old CRKs for the newer ones made with s45VN now which is way better than s35vn
