Looks well nice mate. Love these encaustic tiles, so much more character than polished porcelain. How many coats of seal did you use? I done an encaustic floor a while back and the tiles took coat after coat of sealer and they still stained when i grouted. Mistake i think i made was using anthracite grout which i normally steer away from as it can cause staining problems. How about terracotta, have you ever used that? Not much demand for it now days but i used to love doing that stuff years ago. Cheers buddy!
