Not quite understand this news. Does it says that Russia is preparing to launch Sarmat ICBM for test purposes (again) or is it says that Russia is planning to use it against some European country in order to wage war or is it says that Russia is planning to launch Sarmat ICBM against some targets in Ukraine? All three statements seem either stupid, or intentionally misleading in order to raise panic and fear in Europe. Why should Russia launch ICBM (Sarmat) on West Europe and trigger the response or why should Russia launch rocket that could easily reach the remotest part of the planet to targets in Ukraine, which is literally on its doorstep!
