I appreciate for your content on informatica etl, currently many companies are thinking about bigdata technology as the data is growing exponentially, hence informatica was one of trending job 7 to years back, currently cloud etl is a big thing, I wnt degrade people not to go with informatica, but alone is not sufficient you need to have additional skills like any database oracle/teradata/SQLserver/mysql/nosql stored procedures, scripting like shell/python, any report tool tableau or powerbi, etl apart from informatica abinitio/pentaho/ssis any one...but abinitio even supports bigdata tools like hive/hbase(which is outdated)...so I suggested only etl is not good one for choosing as career, multiple will be a good ones.
Present informatica is moving to cloud....so there are many projects related to migration of informatica power center to IICS. So future lo IICS ki demand untadi
