Yes start very small doses as it is powerful. I'd say add a 5ml teaspoon to a big mug of water, use for a week or more and steadily increase, you'll know when, good luck.

Check for hitch hiking bed bugs on your clothes, but don't worry too much. BED BUGS ARE EASY TO KILL. Each night some of the hungry bed bugs will smell you on the bed, and come for a drink of your blood. After walking across the powder, they won't be able to get inside the TENT to bite you. Later the DE clinging to their bodies will dry out their exoskeletons. They will shrivel up and die. Sleep inside the tent at night for about a month, long enough for all the bed bugs to die, including the tiny nymphs that can hatch from BED BUG EGGS several weeks after the adults have died, depending on the room temperature. Bed bugs normally like to feed about every 5 days if they haven't been disturbed. All the bed bugs will eventually walk across the powder. THEY MUST HAVE BLOOD TO LIVE. YOU HAVE THAT FOOD SUPPLY. You are the bait that lures the bed bugs to walk onto the bed. The diatomaceous earth on the bed will kill them all. You don't have to do any work, just sleep inside the tent at night without getting any bed bug bites!
Put 1-2 tablespoons in a glass of water. Stir with a wooden spoon (don't use metal - as he said, DE is negatively charged) Drink. It'll clear you out. Drink a lot of water too :)
