Streets of Rage 4 - Arcade Mania (Skate-SOR2) S Rank Score

This game is my personal favorite beat ‘em up of all time. Streets of Rage 4 is an instant classic that successfully mixed skill-based gameplay along with bone crunching mindlessness. It turned out to be an amazing and worthy sequel to the franchise.
Pre-patch, I stand by that SOR2 Skate was absolute trash. He did absolutely no damage with his combo, his headbutt wasn't as good as SOR3 Skate's, and there was almost no real advantage you get picking him over his counterpart. However, the patch gave him a new lease on life. His headbutt got a damage buff, and can now kill a Galcia in one go. His forward special still isn't great, but he can now follow up on it. Overall, playing him isn't a struggle and a waste of my time anymore.
