Automotive water pumps performance test bench

This machine carries out performance tests in climatic chamber on water pumps for automotive applications, including thermal management tests.
The pumps under test can be:
Mechanical type (can be connected directly to the motor shaft, or indirectly through a transmission belt)
Electrical type (controlled by PWM or CAN / LIN protocols)
The machine measures values of flow rate, inlet/outlet differential pressure, rotation speed, load pressure (in closed loop) and calculates the pump efficiency.
It is provided with a climatic chamber, allowing environment temperature and humidity control.
Furthermore, a thermal regulation system also allows the control of fluid temperature.
