It's called innuendos. Let me illustrate it with some examples. If I were to say something like: "I'd love to have some sausage with two eggs for breakfast. With extra cream, you say? Let me think about it, I need to sit on that." You understand the suggestiveness of this text, right? This suggestiveness could probably be understood in all languages. Let's narrow it down to something only English speakers understand: "I could really go for some juicy tacos right now. The more, the better. A salad in a cat café? Count me in!" Translating this to another language that doesn't understand English innuendoes wouldn't understand these references. For example, in my native language, a penis can be called a pumpkin. I could write a Halloween themed song about "drinking pumpkin juice" and "harvesting crops and having a feast". You wouldn't understand the suggestiveness unless you speak my native language. That's what's happening here as well in this song, just in Japanese. MARETU makes sexual references that are encoded in cute, cat-like expressions. My translation bluntly throws those in your face, but if you'd prefer a more literal translation, I have one linked in the video's description.
