I have been watching you for years. I love nails, but I don't do them. But your videos help me so much with anxiety and panic attacks... It's weird I know. But listening to you calmly create beautiful art is like watching Bob Ross episode. It has helped me cope with a lot of issues, including the pandemic. You are just so full of love and you can feel it. Thank you for your hard work and dedication. It touches millions of people cut from different cloths.
Suzie once said “it doesn’t mean you’re not going to get it, it just means you’re not gonna get it TODAY, and that’s OKAY” I will live by this because I loose my patience a lot at time 😭
That came out real pretty. And i appreciate that quote, "it doesn't mean you're not going to get, you're just not going to get it today. And that's ok." That was my favorite part
I've seen gradients be done with a dedicated gradient brush and sponge, but I don't recall seeing it be done quite like this... I like it! I feel this method of using multiple colors to connect opposing ones can open a whole new world of ombré possibilities!
This is too advanced for me, i’ll sit this one out. Just gonna watch Suzie and be amazed, as usual. Also big shout out for Mr Cameraman, who is always on point with the production. Especially with the music kicking in at times, I feel like i’m watching a comforting movie
I appreciate this video so much! I've tried several methods and this one clicked for me! Don't get me wrong I love all your videos with your calming voice and positive patience while teaching!!! Thank you, please don't stop teaching us!
Thank you suzie. I checked your you tube every morning for new videos. I am pretty close to being at the end of watching all your videos. I just love you so much! And cameraman
Ahhh so sweet- we were trying new times but we’re going to stick to Thursday as we did for 6 years. It works for us. We will be posting once a week shorts as well
First of all I want to thank you for sharing all your great ideas with the rest of us! What a great idea mixing the two colours together first! I also prefer the thinner brush!! Bless you and your family!! 💖💅🌺🐰🐣
I adore gel Ombre! Been working on perfecting a technique that works for me for a while and km finally pretty happy with it, but your tip of pre blending the colors I think will make it look even smoother now! Your videos are so good. For new or advanced people in the industry. Thank you so much for always posting these brilliant videos. 😀
I love that you are always teaching us, ombre is always a challenge for me. After watching this video I feel more confident in trying again. Thanks for the tips on the color combos too really helpful👍🏼😊💗
I recently ordered your EZ gels, bridge, reveal coats and gingerbread oil and I can honestly say that I absolutely love them. I am not a trained nail tech but I have always loved doing my own nails and these are hands down the nicest products I have used. The EZ Gel is just gorgeous. I had minimum filing after application and that oil is to die for! I will be ordering some more of your goods very soon. Thank you so much Suzie. xx
My usual technique is sponging the colours on. Then sprinkling with clear acrylic powder, curing, before repeating the sponging again. A little clean-up necessary on the skin afterwards but easy. This looks more advanced so I’ll give it a go! ☺️
I love this method. I'm in a few nail groups on fb and this is always a huge question. Going to start recommending this video!!! (I already recommend this channel a lot lol)
Love watching your videos. Im a beginner and want to have my own little salon at home where I can do my own nails as well as my nieces, and family & friends nails. I have trouble with gel ombre. So watching this video and many others is building up my confidence. Thank you for your tutorials 👍🙂
Hi suzie. I'm a new subscriber. I'm loving your channel. Thank you for sharing your wonderful ideas. I also do my own nails as I find it relaxing. I've ordered some items when I do my own. Watching yours has helped to create ideas. Thank you so much xxx
Have you ever tried using a sponge to ombré? I always found that the easiest for a nice blend. I learned it from Simply Nailogical and her gradient nails. She mostly uses regular polish but I used it with gel and it worked nicely! You should definitely give it a go if you’ve not already
Great vid! I actually think the streakyness in the "water/sand" nail looked great and added to the look of an ocean. I don't know why, but I like the streaks lol. It's not a clean ombre, but it's a great watercolor sort of look.
@@NailCareerEducation It definitely looks super hard to get it really smooth. I'd love to see you revisit! I've been watching you for yeeeeears lol. Great content!
Would you be able to use the stippling technique? Add your gel color to a triangle makeup sponge and apply the color. I know this works wonders for ombre with normal polish, but I wonder if it would work just as well for gel.
DAMN this was a fantastic tutorial and great video. The effect and outcome is phenomenal! Such a cool effect, entirely different from sponge application but still ombre. I really want to do this when I can start doing nails again. Unfortunately I had a HUGE allergic reaction to some matte top coat and it's been MONTHS and my poor nails are still horrid 😂 This will be the first thing I do, for spring and summer 🥰😍✨
I love these 😍😍😍 and love you too! You're so zen and easy and calming to watch. Lol we use that brush cutting trick in painting for grass, palms, hair etc. I am loving my new adventure with nails. I never would have guessed it was done like this! May I ask what that pump bottle is called? Tfs and have a great day 💖💖
Could you do a video review of Anacrylics acrylic powders testing out different colours on your nails🥰👀 such beautiful nail work always the end results are just perfect 💗💛💗
ombre with nailpolish is easy but wit gel? I've tried it so many times and always gave up frustrated cause it's never really blended well. I'll try this method for sure.
Remember the key is a light touch but a lot of product on the nails so it does blend together. It becomes rather streaky if you don’t have enough product I think that’s what happens when I did the blue top and white colour tip
Ombré Gels most all of them will self level out so it makes it easier to blend out. I suggest not using two different directions brushes it’ll take you forever, just use one ☝🏾 but if you’re not familiar with doing ombre then this is a good option if you don’t have a lot of clients Day in and day out are you are new to the process this would be good for you to learn! 🎨💅🏽
So I have a question. I do a lot of builder gel and I've gotten pretty good with it but i want to get back to practicing with acrylic. Can you use a thin layer of builder gel on the nail in place of clear acrylic and then build the rest of the nail with acrylic. Can you put acrylic over builder gel or will it cause a lifting issue? Not that i have a lifting issue now with just using the builder gel.
I find it better to put Gel on to of acrylic that acrylic on top of gel. Acrylic is stronger and alittle heavier - not to say you can’t do it just may not wear as well
Hello! Thank you for your Videos! There are grate👍🤩 I'm german and my english is not very good, but you are the best ! I' ve never found a Video in german language from whom i have learned so much far!
Hi Suzie! I so love watching your videos as I have learned so much! I really wanted to buy your files and a couple other things however, when I went to check out I was shocked with the shipping costs. So I was sad that I had to cancel my order. Being on a fixed income stinks!

I actually really loved that Ocean looking tip! A manicure with those nails would be so pretty!!
Right!? Me too / I’m going to revisit it
I loved it! Those colors were fantastic together.
I like the brush strokes showing it makes it look like water color.
I agree! You really helped my migraines the last 2 to 3 days. The shows come on 1 after another and I've been watching all day long. Thanks
Omg I’m so sorry. I’m very lucky I don’t get them but poor cameraman does 🤯it’s awful

I absolutely all the designs/ nail style you do, but I can't be the only one who sits watching thinking how comfortable your woollens look x
🤣🤣🤣
Very subtle colors but so vibrant and beautiful and the ombrés are so great and I need to learn because mine are horrible and I need to work on them
It’s hard to do - so don’t be hard on yrself
It’s very tricky with gel
I clicked before I even seen what the video was… but I NEED THIS VIDEO!! Gel polish is so difficult to ombré
Isn’t that the truth - I hope you like my technique 💛

You were reading my mind somehow! I’ve been trying to get that technique down with ombré gel. I got acrylic down. You the 💣 😂
You and me both- I nailed acrylic BUT gel is harder - so funny cause acrylic is harder to learn - I had to figure this one out

Proof that you are WAY more patient than I am. I think brush ombré is better than sponge method, but I even get impatient doing sponge method. 😂
