My LG does same thing, vibration. That's normal, though. I put the anti vibration rubber pads under 4 legs and the tile floor is less shaking. Concrete floor copes the vibration much better
Sorry for the late response. I found a partial solution, we had it upon some anti-vibration rubber feet, removing those made the vibrations less strong. I did have a talk with a technician from LG who said that the machine was working as it should, so I guess our next one will be a non-LG :(

I think the the water thermostat is defective.
Take out the travel bolts , its in the instructions
