never mind it's the resin that discolours the inside making look like a different material

It's fibre cement on the inside of our boxes.

@@phana0071 the fibre cement manages the moisture inside the hive. It readily absorbs moisture in times of high humidity but then releases that moisture quickly in times of low humidity.
