The Xiaomi SU7 Max represents a groundbreaking entry into the electric vehicle market, serving as the inaugural automotive offering from Chinese tech giant Xiaomi. Manufactured through a partnership with BAIC Off-road in Beijing, this full-size sedan embodies cutting-edge performance and technological prowess. Boasting a robust powertrain, the SU7 Max delivers an impressive 495 kW (673 hp) of power with 838 Nm (618 lb-ft) of torque, propelling it from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.8 seconds and achieving a maximum speed of 265 km/h (165 mph). Its 101 kWh Li-NMC battery, operating at 800V, provides an exceptional range of 800 km CLTC, complemented by efficient consumption and features like recuperation and a heat pump.
The sedan's sleek design, built on the Modena platform, features a four-door configuration with seating for five, measuring 4997 x 1963 x 1455 mm (196.7 x 77.3 x 57.3 in) and a wheelbase of 3000 mm (118.1 in), all while maintaining a remarkable drag coefficient of 0.195 Cd. Equipped with adaptive air suspension and available in R19 or R20 wheel options, the SU7 Max promises a smooth and comfortable ride. Its spacious interior is adorned with advanced displays, including a 16.1" touchscreen at the center and a 7.1" driver's display, augmented by a head-up display for enhanced convenience and safety. With a substantial trunk capacity of 517 liters and an additional 105 liters in the frunk, the SU7 Max combines practicality with cutting-edge technology, making it a compelling choice in the electric sedan market.

The car boasts an impeccable design, complete with many elegant touches that elevate its overall appearance. It is nearly flawless aesthetically, save for a few minor shortcomings. The side mirrors, for instance, are marred by an audible motor sound, betraying the otherwise seamless facade. Additionally, the volume knob's grating sound suggests excessive friction, a surprising flaw amidst such meticulous craftsmanship. The knob's magnetic function seems out of place, as a motorized mechanism akin to the dashboard would have aligned better with the car's otherwise impeccable attention to detail.
Don't forget all the bloatware 😅
