Someone said Inori didn't die. She reincarnated. Shuu managed to save her and she got reincarnated, that "Someone" said that the ending was the ending song video.
Another "Someone" said that she lives in his body. The red string is like their soul, if it's cut, the soul will die. Inori gave hers to him which means she lives inside of him, that's why Shuu became blind. If Inori did really die, he would've killed himself, but instead he smiled, so that means she's still alive. That scene where he was hugging Inori wasn't him imagining things, it was a place where he can see souls, apparently that person said that Shuu is the only person who can see her.
