I was a master procrastinator to the point, I dropped out of high school because I just didn’t complete school assignments because of procrastinating. I did get my GED years later and then that was it for many years. After I became a mother, I had to get it together. To make a long story short, I now have a master’s degree as an advance practice nurse in short a APRN.

As a matter of fact it also marks the number of years since I had my hip surgery. A friend of mine told me about your channel while I was recuperating and I have been following you guys ever since.

That happen to me recently, was in new kingston pharmacy. The gentleman cashing, his bill have to be over a certain amount to use his card. I told the cashier I would pay for it, he insist not to take it and told the cashier to cash me first then he went and take up something else to reach to the amount to use his card. He told the cashier it look like mi sorry fi him and he works at a bank. Little did he know I didn't even saw his company name on his shirt. God has bless me, I am always willing to assist.

I personally believe that people who have a problem receiving also has one with giving. You need to know that when someone is trying to be a blessing, you the receiver is opening a door for that person to be blessed, Please don’t be a hinderance to what God is trying to do. The law of reciprocity kicks in. Pride is usually a part of it also. Learn to receive graciously!
No enuh. I give without even thinking about it but also have a hard time receiving. And a lot of it has to do with the fact that I’ve always played the role of giving and that’s how I’ve been raised. But I don’t usually get or it’s rare so I literally just don’t know how to act. When something is an uncommon experience sometimes it doesn’t even occur to you that you just accept. Friends of mine had to point out to me that I should ask for help when in need and I had to make a conscious effort to make adjustments

I'm a first cousin who is mostly quiet. I had to comment, Tammy, I pay it forward as much as I can at the supermarket, even when I get coffee in the drive-through. For TVs I like Vizio. My husband wanted a big TV in the family so we have a 75-inch, and then for our room, we settled on a 56-inch.

I always like to help and bless ppl but I used to hate to receive and someone drape me up one day and they told me that I am operating in pride. From that when someone blesses me I receive it and say may God pour back into you the way you have blessed me. Point of the story we have to be able to receive our blessings because it even stops the blessing that is supposed to come to the blesser. Sometimes it's God testing someones obedience so he can open a door for them.😊

You know this happened to me at Burger King one day...after cashing their card machine wasnt working so i couldnt pay and my cash was in the car.And you know the cashier was so kind,she went ahead and still cash it out and i qnet for the money afterwards.That was really really kind and i must say,i was amazed bcuz she could've cancelled it.
I love this!!! Kindness shown to us lives on way past the time it happened. It stays with us and then it encourages us to be kind also.
@@MeetTheMitchells so so true,I've always been told how kind I am but I've always chide away from that.Cuz you know my grandma raised me so it was always something I saw,so doing it felt natural.But in that moment I really realized that for many persons it's really just self.
You know has you touched on the topic of act of kindness it brought be back to last week when I was in Jamaica. Driving down Spanish town road my husband saw a blind man with his hands up, I didn’t see him but anyhow he made a Uturn and went back to see if the blind man wanted help to cross the street. I was so tired and exhausted coming from the airport and I had such long flight I just wanted to go home. When we reach to the elderly man he express how long he was standing there in the sun trying to stop a bus but no one stopped to ask what he wanted. He express he wanted to go to Spanish town and so we gave him a ride to Spanish town since we were going to portmore. Dropped him off at the plaza and he wanted to buy food I also blessed him with money for food. He shared his story of how he lost his sight by helping someone with a ride and the car got shot up. I’m saying this to say that god position you to be a blessing to someone and I’m happy we decided to turn around and see what he wanted and we were able to be of help.
