Literally gave this speach to a 16yo who I dance with today. I am 45 and is definitely harder. I am doing certificate in dance and my advanced RAD exams this year. Recovery takes longer. BUT I am doing it. Finally going to train to be a ballet teacher! I should have done this at 17. What I gained on my crazy journey full circle is some very deep wisdom and knowledge that I would have missed if my life was linear. This will make me a great teacher, rather than a good one. Oh and I had the exact same realisation at 25, and then went down a really dark path. The light was becoming a mother at 31. Thanks for sharing your journey with so much honesty!

I lost 3 years of my life because I did not know what to do, and I was mildly depressed sincerely. When I decided to go back to dance with 20 years and it was the best thing I could have done. I'm 23 now, I do not have a college, I only take dance classes. In February I'm going to take a technical dance course and I'm very excited. sometimes I wonder if I should drop everything and find some job to save money to make an exchange and dance abroad where the dance is more valued. But I'm afraid to leave this opportunity and not get anything abroad u know... I'm going to finish the technical course at 26 years old and I feel so old already😅 Anyways. THANK YOU Tatiana , YOU'RE an inspiration. YOU'RE talented and u have everything to shinne and work with dance! I know u can do This. I Love your channel so much. God bless you more and more, AND happy new year🙏🌹🎉🎉🎉🎉

This year I'm trying a different approach to life, I call it a Yin and Yang approach. The Yin part is the Buddhist principle of non-attachment, trying to see my will as external to my core self ( it's the belief that my soul is beyond my personality ) and trying to NOT base my happiness on my own accomplishments and just be happy and content right here and now (just letting go). The Yang part is the acknowledgement of the importance of my own will. The will has a purpose, the will is like a compass that gives a direction to my life, it is like a road that I need to walk on, I don't know where it leads and it might turn to a different and unexpected direction but I have to walk on that road to do my job in this life because I have a value and my work is important. Combining the Yin and Yang gives me the right mindset to be active and pursuit my dreams while at the same time being passive and accepting life as it is, being free of stress and enjoying the moment.
Tatiana, I love your personality and enjoy your workouts. I'm sure you will find your way because you are so talented. Just don't let yourself to be stressed out and keep the hard work. Happy new year 💕💕

Man i've been a fan of yours for years now. Motivation comes in waves so i'm not too shocked to hear yours faded but you never stopped and it seems like you never will stop chasing this dream and that's what's really important! You have my support till the end, cant wait to see you finally make it! Also every time you do one of these sit down and just talk to the camera videos they're always really fun to listen too. You're far better at speaking then you think! Thanks for continuing to share the journey with us. Best wishes.

Tatiana, thank you for your honesty. This video touched because I'm going through similiar problems and insecurities. You know, sometimes one sentence tells you more than plenty of books and you helped a lot of us just by using simple and honest words. I wish it had more views to help more people and I believe your channel will get more known and more viewed soon with your hard work. Thank you for this video!

Life doesn't give limits at all... Only the media and other people do... The solution, realize that what most people say is wrong... Because most people are not strong and not motivated... But if you only listen to yourself as I do... You will get somewhere interesting... May be not exactly what you thought but a lot more than others tell you.

Wow thank you so much. I’m 20 and wanting to start dance again and possibly go to dance uni so I can get a degree. I keep telling myself I’m too late as the course is 3 years long. Still working on my flexibility at the moment and trying to find as many dance classes as I can go to. I really love this video it really spoke to me. It’s never too late to do what you love and actually ENJOY your life. 🩷

Wrong... You can change at any age... Mostly only the young waste time on anxiety and insecurities... Age does take that away slowly and maturity helps a lot. Because confidence grows with work (and experience).
