So timely. I’ve been with the same employer for 4 years and just this week I was called into a meeting. I was told that I’m a bully and creating a hostile work environment. I asked for names, examples, and even timeframes. They refused to give me any. I was dumbfounded. I got written up and I told them I’ve never had issues before. Prior to this, I was gently calling out things the company was doing were illegal. They couldn’t give me any details, but my coworkers who I talk to said that is crazy and I’m not a bully at all. I am a threat to management and they know it.
It's so many monitoring spirits in the workplace!! They try to hinder you n keep you from reaching your goals even if you don't have goals n just show up with a smile on your face they will attack you from angels you'd never think smh lol its really funny cause these people are foul lol like bro really lol. They are being used by the enemy for sure. But even those people you have authority over in Jesus name !! I just left my job of 2 years where these women hated on me n prayed on my downfall. Not fired !! I said I left my own will. God provided me a way out after I prayed to him. I could've left sooner .... I didn't and then these women went harder lol I feel that was God like see this is why I was giving u a way out .... lol so my next opportunity came about 7 months later. N I took it. I am greatful. He will do it for you. Whatever you need in the midst of these crazy blind ppl you can do withstand anything when u are God backed ❤❤ I laugh at my haters lol. Literally in their faces ... unintentionally it's just so crazy they think they're doing something 😂😂 I remember my team lead was like I don't even wanna see you that made me Crack up in her face cause 😂😂😂😂 you that mad bruh lol sometimes you just gotta laugh it off lol cause it's not a big deal. I've survived a lot of bullcrap in the workplace knowing God was over my finances ❤ he will do it for you too.
Yes 100% my tongue is straight to the point, especially when exposing wickedness and evil people, this is why I got in trouble so many times with narcs because of the powerful exposure, and yes you will be gashlighted about your gifts which is the devil trying to take the power/confidence out of us because he is afraid of our calling and gifts in God, but the Lord is restoring everyting

This is very true! My voice can make a grown man cry like a baby, because of the strength in it, but that comes with a huge responsibility. God has dealt with me once very severely because of my mouth. I don’t play with God, I quickly repented and stopped. I once asked Him why me God? I placed myself between two family members who were arguing loudly, and I got loud telling them both to shut up, and consider the children. It was like a grenade went off ...they both stepped back from the force of it. And the fight was over. I almost never raise my voice.

Yes, I realize now, my words DO affect people. Chosen Ones have a huge responsibility in influencing people's lives daily. I did stop a person from taking his life (and his problems were and still are massive). People that REALLY need help, you should help them. People that are attention seekers, avoid them at all costs, because they feed off of you energetically and they don't sincerely want or need help. 6:15 yes, I have been told I am too loud and had certain aspects of my looks made fun of - that is a true sign that you are AMAZING in those aspects! I have bruised people; however, I have NOT bullied anyone. Sometimes to be kind, you have to show a level of cruelty (meaning the TRUTH IS HARSH).

Something about me is that my looks have been made fun of my whole life. Less as an adult verbally but still it got stuck in my head now that I’m ugly. I used to sing in the church choir and as a soloist growing up and my voice was most anointed then and touched people I could see and was told. To this day I always feel like I want to help people and I get in deep conversations about God but I’m not sure people really want to change because of what I say but they are initially intrigued. I have prayed for myself and others for healing and the words of my mouth at those times do heal so that seems to be my ‘super power’ if you will but depression unmotivates me. I do tell my roommate many times the truth and they rage and scoff many times. I can tell they are definitely a narcissist who thinks they are better than everyone else as theyve even said. I feel like I live with the devil and feel stuck here. I get exhausted. I don’t fit in anywhere. I know there is something spiritually different about me. Always has been. I stand out and people do find me intriguing or hate me. It’s really weird.

When I was an adolescent, I was ganged up on by a majority of the girls in my class on the playground. They got in a circle around me so I couldn't get out. They told me "You're stupid. You're ugly. You're a looser. Stop following us around". I was broken from this. It traumatized me for years. My whole life, I have been alone. I just don't fit in anywhere. I'm going to try to turn those words around that they said and believe that "I'm smart. I'm beautiful and I'm a winner, through Jesus Christ". Thank you for your videos. I am the strong silent type, I don't talk just to talk. I am very quite and I talk very little so when I do speak it matters.

Yeah .... i realize my words cut. It shames me when i speak out of character because i dont wanna hurt people. People thay hurt me have pushed me to that point before (i never just pop off. Someone always pushes me ... slow to anger but it does get to me eventually I'm human too these people disregard that completely... ) and im trying my best to remember its the spirit in people its not them so i dont take my anger out on them but say satan get behind me .... i dont wanna give the enemy what he wants . God convicts me everytime i feed into it. It doesnt feel good. I use to run off with my pain n speak so negativity towards those who hurt me.
