Does it matter what length the closure is?? For reference my wig is 24 inches

Does it have to be the same size lace? Like my wig is 6x6, but want to replace with a 5x5

You can replace it with a smaller lace you’ll have to cut some wefts to resize the front and sew it back together so the 5x5 can fit.
