Very nicely put together, as always. Also, thanks for letting me invade your camp giving me the opportunity meet you guys out there, shaking your hands was a true honor.
Holy crap! These guys are some super talented mechanics and fabricators!!! Really amazing rides and a lot fun out there. Great filming and editing by Cindy and Eddie!!!! Dig it....
This was really enjoyable to watch. Thanks for capturing those moments and sharing them with the rest of us. Sorry to see the damage caused by the winch rope and hook. Interesting though, and a good warning for the rest of us. Keep up the good work, and keep posting videos!
One of the best aspects of watching your videos is how you make the viewer feel as if they were actually there standing right beside you. I'm an east coast guy and am more accustomed to mud, clay, rocks, hills and trees. But this video really makes me wanna take a trip out east! :)
I have shared linked some of your videos on FB so my friends can see your amazing work. But you have by far outdone yourself this time. You never cease to impress me with each video being better than the last and this one is no exception to the rule. You have truly raised the bar again with the shooting, editing and music that accompanies your work. It is absolutely obvious how deep your passion goes for not only film, but being a responsible outdoor adventurer.Congratulations on a job well done
Absolutely fantastic film... you two captured the energy and the spirit. Amazing shots and editing. You films are by far the best I've seen about off-roading.
I Like how you are using custom made music. Though i do miss the songs that you chose in your older videos they were always stuck in my head and i knew your videos off by heart if i heard one of the songs you used from the MOAB and KEEP IT TIGHT videos because they had lyrics which is why i loved the ending to part 3 of HEARTLAND but after so many videos i can't blame you for finding new music to use
Great video !! It truly is a way of life. Keep up the great work, and cheers to everyone that makes it all happen. Well done guys in capturing life at its greatest moments !!!
What I can tell you is that I used to be an architect. Need I say, there really is no schooling you can do to do what we do. You just kinda find yourself here.
Awesome video guys. Watching how much fun you guys have has persuaded me to by a JK Jeep!!! After xmas Ill be looking for the families new edition.... :)
Awesome video guys Thanks for let me see some of your part of fun i also have a jeep yj and i will be happy to join you one day :) keep going your are all amazing
Watched a lot of the live footage online as it was going. When I was keeping up with the results and saw Mel got a DNF the first time (Forgot which day it was), I was bummed. But now realize it was the TJ. Was a bummer to see EVO1 one go out too, especially for the reason that it did. But great video as always. Was fun to watch :) One of these days I would love to get down there and watch. Friend is actually considering running it. Main limiting factor is the pit crew you need :/
Love the video! Lots of hard work went into this! I am shocked how fast KOH beasts can pull 100mph with 37s and up! I love your work and this side of the "behind the scenes!" Goood job hope to see you and discount tire next year WOO!
Im going to ITT for Drafting and Design. Hoping to go back to school for a masters as well! Also hoping to start a jeep build soon. Anyway, I love your vids, and think you need your own show. Just saying.
Love this video and the work you guys do. I am a college student that has been attending for almost 4 years now pursuing a Criminal Justice Degree but I have begun to have my doubts lately and feel my passion may lie somewhere else. What kind of schooling would it take to be able to do what you do? Thank you, Ryan
6.1L Hemi swap, it's right at the beginning. I'm guessing they were running a 4.7 stroker before as they were talking about being "out-gunned" power-wise. Great wheeling motor, not so much for desert racing against big cube V8's.
Can you tell me more about the engine you guys run? Is that a 4.0? Stroker? Who builds them for you? Horsepower? How many between rebuilds? Thank you!!
Damn that’s a hard pill to swallow. At least nobody was hurt. I’ll be it there one day, hopefully can make stock modified but I’ll probably be sleeping in the back of a truck lol. I keep trying to get my tj to a competitive point but racing is ridiculously expensive
If I saw a jeep like this one pull up next to me at a stop light I'd probably piss myself. Dang, that's a sexy jeep. That TJ is exactly what I want mine to look like when I'm done. Is the TJ running a v8 or straight 6 stroked?
the suspension on the tj and the jk really plant the jeep. you can really see it pulling the tj off the trailer when it just drops and doesnt bounce it just plants
ya but the actual trails are the same. They are even getting worn out so it's not as bad as it once was. They have land issues with the military base at 29 palms. Sport might be in jeopordy and johnson valley.. CALIFORNIA!! MORONS
Mopro Sports ahh, thanks for the help, i've always been a koh fan since the second year when i found out about it. but being an east coaster i sadly have yet to make it out.
Mopro Sports the trails and everything actually get worse every year they are ran on, not more worn out. The “worn out part” is actually want is making the terrain much worse and just makes the race tougher each year
It was a bummer for sure. Glad you liked the video.
Very nicely put together, as always.

Yet another incredibly well put together film. I get chills just looking at the EVO1 let alone hearing it.
This was really enjoyable to watch. Thanks for capturing those moments and sharing them with the rest of us. Sorry to see the damage caused by the winch rope and hook. Interesting though, and a good warning for the rest of us. Keep up the good work, and keep posting videos!

Best vids ever. I'm a yota guy personally but love wheeling and love the vids. Keep up the good work!
Damn, you got the SHATNER on the winch rope! Next year can't come fast enough! Great work guys!
This is off the charts top top video - felt like I was there 👍
Glad you enjoyed it

Awesome video Eddie and Cindy!!! Mel EVO1 is so badass!! I know your gonna rock it in 2014!!!!
Thank you, we're so glad that you feel that way as we try really hard to capture the moment.
Yes. A lot of what you see is last minute stuff that will get addressed for future events.
I Like how you are using custom made music. Another awesome video by Wayalife. Nicely done.

That video was exciting! Nice work!
Another outstanding video.
Thank you. The song is an independant track that we bought the rights to. I'll see if I can find the name of it.
Awesome video guys. Watching how much fun you guys have has persuaded me to by a JK Jeep!!! After xmas Ill be looking for the families new edition.... :)
As usual you guys, Fantastic!
Awesome video guys Thanks for let me see some of your part of fun i also have a jeep yj and i will be happy to join you one day :) keep going your are all amazing

LOL!! Thank you, that's real nice of you to say :)
Thanks for sharing! We all can learn something from the tough lessons taught here! Regards, M.
Im going to ITT for Drafting and Design. Hoping to go back to school for a masters as well! Also hoping to start a jeep build soon. Anyway, I love your vids, and think you need your own show. Just saying.
Thank you :)
LOL!! We're all family and you're always welcome to join us :)
glad no one was hurt, good runnin
I want to do some stuff like this one day. I've always wanted to compete in the Las Vegas to Reno race.
Great Vid!
Once again great video! Do you know if there are plans to lower EVO-1 a couple inches? seems a lil tall.
Hi there! Can you post a description of the mods of TJ, it's a very remarkable job! Have a nice day from Italy
Love this video and the work you guys do. I am a college student that has been attending for almost 4 years now pursuing a Criminal Justice Degree but I have begun to have my doubts lately and feel my passion may lie somewhere else. Are you sure you have it set to 1080 HD?
Great video as always. What cameras do you use to shoot the footage?
I will say this was pretty cool though. More of a distance race with a few obsticals thown in on a set course.
Tough go.....
Glad everyone was ok. Its always something simple that ruins your day.
You may have just watched it while it was still rendering. If you watch a video after it is first posted then it is blurry.
probably your internet being periodically slow and putting it on a lower quality.. wayalifes videos are usually hd.. give it more time?
Like Mel said, if it were easy, everyone would be doing it.
Loved the video, but was it just my computer or was the video quality blurry and not in focus?
6.1L Hemi swap, it's right at the beginning. I'm guessing they were running a 4.7 stroker before as they were talking about being "out-gunned" power-wise. Great wheeling motor, not so much for desert racing against big cube V8's.
Oh, there were a lot of obstacles but, they unfortunately didn't make it that far.
Can you tell me more about the engine you guys run? Is that a 4.0? Stroker? Who builds them for you? Horsepower? How many between rebuilds? Thank you!!
Just a basic Sony HD cam that we bought at Costco :)
Damn that’s a hard pill to swallow. At least nobody was hurt. I’ll be it there one day, hopefully can make stock modified but I’ll probably be sleeping in the back of a truck lol. I keep trying to get my tj to a competitive point but racing is ridiculously expensive
ProRock 60 in the rear and 44/60 hybrid up front.
The video is super, well done....be good.
There will always be some place tougher. Just a matter of time before we find it.
doesn't the race change every year?
ya but the actual trails are the same. They are even getting worn out so it's not as bad as it once was. They have land issues with the military base at 29 palms. Sport might be in jeopordy and johnson valley.. CALIFORNIA!! MORONS

i think it was the 6.1Hemi. they showed one early in the video
Badass video
Hate that happened though. I heard only a few finished
Is there anyway I could get your videos in full 1080p uncompressed (silly UA-cam) format?
Might be your computer, video had excellent quality for me
It really did suck. Totally crazy.
What engine did the TJ have in it??
