@@itscharlesparks I don't know but for some reason whenever I hear Pig in something I think that it's got either bacon or ham or something like that in it lol 😂😂
@@jennifersanford5936no ma'am I don't think it was drained. Looks like a super good creamy icing to me. I really like refrigerated cakes. They're moist and delish ❤️
@J-Charleine it does look delicious. I was waiting for her to add coconut. I'm so glad she didn't. I know most people love it, I am not one of those people. As far as the pineapple. The crushed has a ton of juice, so you might have to drain a little, or you might end up with pudding soup. I don't know. I might have to do the juice in bits at a time just to see. I know you have to have enough juice for the pudding. It might be trial and error for me. Also, a tip. To me, the oranges out of a can taste like the can. I always get them in the little individual plastic cups and use the same amount of what is in the can. But that may just be a me thing. Anyway, thank you for your response and your time.
@@jennifersanford5936 Whether to drain the juice is certainly a valid question! If she did she forgot to say and they definitely didn't show it. You wouldn't want your icing to be runny. I understand what you're saying about the fruit cups versus the canned. On a slightly different note - I much prefer frozen veggies to canned any day. They taste way more fresh imho ❣️
It’s not a Pig LICKIN’ Cake, it’s a Pig PICKIN’ Cake. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
We've always called it pig lickin
It's Pig Pickin' Cake, not lickin'.
Very good cake!
Looks really good! I’d make them cup cakes though instead of a cake.
Sounds great!
I’ve made this cake for many years for my family and friends but I’ve never put pecans in it or in the frosting. I’ll have to try that. Thanks 😊
Let us know how it goes
I read the transcript, so I’m guessing crushed pineapple is not drained?
They were not drained

Since its a glass pan, I'd cook it lower or take it out a few minutes sooner. Yum. Our oven may run higher.
Thanks for the tip!
