+bladuck1 Glad to help! I'm really happy with the new Push, but the original Push received some nice updates in 9.5, so it's still a great piece of gear.
I honestly don't know why I watched this video cuz I will probably never buy an ableton push but thanks for this anyways. Its important to have real reviews. Dizz-ope bro.
@ AfroDJMac USA I really appreciate your video! can I ask a none Push 2 related question? Do you use a video editing software to edit your video? If you do ..try and see if there is a "WHITE BALANCE" feature on there somewhere, there's an Orange/red tint in the video...a white balance would make this video look a billion times better ...specially when you are talking about colors/vibrancy etc.... thanks again for the video!
***** Cool...I completely understand about the Room light Temperature already being Orange ! just keep in mind that even if your room light where purple...or green an "extremely" easy to use white balance would fix that in just "1 CLICK" No big deal..when you have time take a look...until then ..keep doing what you are doing thumbs up on your Chanel !!
2 questions, please. You mentioned that you have to plug in Push 2. Can it power from USB only?Is there any differences in the colours (especially white) between pads? On push 1 I had to use an RGB tool to calibrate the colours and they are still not right.Thanks.
It's a great update, but Ableton has also added some nice new features to the old Push... I have a video on that here: ua-cam.com/video/qPKV8zTj0AA/v-deo.html
Yea Push 2 does work without the power cord but much dimmer. Ableton recommends using the cord, but it is a nice touch that it still works, in case it pops out during performance!
One day I will have an Ableton Push and finally have everything I every wanted.
Thank you ... Extremely important video ....I'm sold but my wife is not... Never liked playing chords on p1

+ninjafukwan7 Thanks for the tip, I have almost no video editing understanding! The room I was in has a very warm orangey light to it to begin with.

+Jason Gibbins You need power for Push 2, USB alone isn't enough. The pads on Push 2 are much more consistent, no more need for calibration.
+AfroDJMac USA great, thanks for your reply and review.
pretty good. Thanks!!!

+AfroDJMac USA cool thanks, I will take a look.
