Incredibly relaxing. I got my ironing and folding done during this! I think you should do another one of these in the future! The sound of paper folding is incredibly soothing, and writing really slows down my racing thoughts. Thanks!
Woah, this is so good. I am about to start writing , and this video would be so helpful. As an authortuber who has just started my channel, I will be sure to mention you as an inspiration in my upcoming video. Thanks, Sara!
Welcome to AuthorTube! If you're curious about growing an AuthorTube channel, I've made a video about my experiences and what I know from my previous marketing jobs (and it has timestamps so you can watch the whole thing or pick and choose tips)! If this interests you, I hope it helps! ua-cam.com/video/Q-XsjrpuxVo/v-deo.html
Okay; I am definently using this for my writing session later today. Typing sounds are kind of the only thing I listen to while writing, so definitely going in my "TYPEY TYPEY" playlist. Thank you for sharing!
@@SaraLubratt Sooo yeah. This has basically become my go-to video over the past two days for writing sprints. I'm really only watching from 16 minutes in to 41 when you start talking, but that is a great 25 minute sprint, or divided up however I need it for short sprints. I really only focus with the typing bit, so that's why I skip the first 16 minutes each time. XD But yeah. Thank you so much for posting! If I could give this video two thumbs up, I would. Really appreciate it, and if you do more, that one will definitely go on my playlist for writing ^-^
@@gailc.m.victor Aw thank you!! I'm so glad it worked well for you. It's a low pressure video to make so I'm sure there will be a few more in the future. :)
"How does one aesthetic?" Lol love it. Most of my videos are chaotic but my writing room is so calm and serene that I do my best writing in there, but almost never write in that room. This was a stress relieving video to make :).
I’m also writing a novel it’s my first draft but for some reason I’m very careful and try my best not to make a mistake. it’s so weird that’s what it’s for making mistakes and fixing them after
I am anxious to start my book, but unfortunately I’m deep into my cervical spine surgery recovery. I’m a vibrant woman, whom suddenly was in a car accident that left me with severe spinal injuries. The ups & downs physically & emotionally of this journey is what I want to share with others. It has taught me so much about “ fighting for life” in the midst of a pandemic. Do you agree with me recording & videoing my words to capture my moments since my neck, hands & arms have limited mobility ? I experience extreme pain after 10-15 minutes usage. I’m a former court reporter, so typing use to be a breeze.
I would recommend trying voice to text! Sometimes they aren't great, but you could try that or voice recording yourself and typing it up later when you are more recovered or having someone else type it for you. I'm so sorry that this happened to you and am wishing you a speedy recovery!
@@SaraLubratt Hi Sara I am still writing my story its a slow process due to work and life :( and it may take me a while to finish and publish it. Is that a bad thing?
Pshhh I've been doing it too. I've been wondering lately how many times I have watched it/what it counts as a full watch... But yes; this is basically my writing soundtrack at this point.
There's just something about the sound of pages turning that is so satisfying.
Thank you!
I love videos like these! I'll definitely be watching this video when I have some free time to write ✍✍✍
Yay!!

I have used this twice now and find is so helpful I get a lot done on my novel . Not use why it works but it does.
I'm so glad!! Thanks for letting me know! Happy writing :)

I tend to just write what comes in my head without planning everything first, I think that’s my issue
Some people work that way and some people need to plan! If pantsing it doesn't work, you should give outlining a shot!

You should do another one with some inaudible whispering
Noted!
So what did you get done this video?
I transferred some notes into my notebook and did about 500 words!
Hi it’s nice to meet you. I am actually writing a novel myself :) what’s your novel about?
Hi! I'm writing a science fiction while my fantasy project rests!
