I would also like to point out the observer is the black figure you see on rooftops from afar, and not the elongated murderous skinwalker. 3 creatures referenced ingame: observer, red smiley (as i call him), and the elongated thing (we'll call him fred). no clue where the observer came from, and i assume fred came from the supway bunker, but i also assume there is another creature because you can find a few instances of 3 clawed scratches on the walls in the supway, which correlates to none of the other monsters mentioned.

i made a vid explaining the specifics. Outside of that, there is no other way to get the man you cannot AFK overnight and it must be a public server btw. the odds are something like 0.0002%
