Mr. Platz is just a likeable guy and a great motivational speaker. I'm not a body builder but I find this uplifting. It's about so many things anyone can use.

amazing! being in my 60's I can barely manage 225.... lol.... always liked the mans legendary deeds with the squat rack. I recall he squatted for 10 minutes stratight with 225 or something like that.
“We all think life is how many breaths we take. It’s not about how many breaths you take, life is the moments that take your breath away”. Man… just about everything Tom says is incredible.
Probably the greatest seminar of all time, tom is somehow able to spit out the most motivating quotes i’ve ever heard while talking about his passions and dreams.
that is nothing. I know a man who is 74 years of age, and still does 225lb squats for 25 reps, nice and smooth, and also does chinups and runs three miles, AND LOOKS LIKE HE'S 50 YEARS OF AGE. Remember, he's about 5 foot 5 inches tall. I have met him on three separate occasions.
I was lucky enough to have met Tom back in 86 when he guest starred a show i was competing in. He was very friendly and approachable so much so he joined me and my friends in the bar for a chat. Which i will always remember. A total gentleman and Legend.
