If your a cake decorator whether professionally or as a hobby its only a matter of time before your asked to make the obligitory baby blocks cake! These are so popular for christening cakes, baby shower cakes & baptism cakes....Ive made so many fondant baby blocks in my cake lifetime I had to come up with a simple efficient way to make these! One of the things I used to struggle with most was achieving the perfect square block, they always looked rounded or uneven. In this tutorial I will show you how to make perfect square sugar baby blocks in minutes so you have more time to concentrate on the rest of your cake details!

Hey Cakey bees! If you make cakes its only a matter of time before your asked to create the obligitory baby blocks cake! Hello happy bee cakes! Normally this blocks are done with cake and covered with fondant, so that the sugar level is not that high...just saying

Hello my friend, How sweet of you to notice! I decided to take a couple of weeks off in June to enjoy some time with the kids which has turned into a lot longer! They are off for the summer and I've been making the most of having them all to myself though I really miss making tutorials!
