Chris, you are such a happy positive guy. I really appreciate that. Things havent been good for me for a long time. I haven't been happy for a long time. Your Sunday videos give me hope that some day I can be happy again and at least have a short break from my stress while I'm watching your videos. I hope some day to have the happiness and good energy I can feel from you. Thanks man. You help a lot of people more than you could know.

I'm going through a really rough time now too. Lost my job and I live in an area where there is not too many jobs to be found. I'm so stressed out that I developed a severe case of shingles which I was shocked to hear that I had. Just know that you are not alone in your stress and struggles. There's so many of us out there that tune into Chris and get lost in the storytelling for a while. If you want to continue on the storytelling Journey try subarctic Alaska sasquatch. He's absolutely great just like chris. He's down to earth and he tells it all just like Chris does. You'll really like his videos as well. It'll keep your mind off of All the Troubles it helps me out immensely. Take care❤

Chris, I too once lived at Canyon where I was working as a research technician on a marten study. Today I work in both GTNP and YNP, so every working day of my life I’m in one park or the other. This video was absolutely captivating. No doubt, this place has many deep, strange mysteries, and I suspect the NPS would just as soon keep them on the down-low. I’d be fascinated by any other accounts of such things in the GYE you can find. Thank you.

Love the stories, Chris! I started solo camping in the "70's. Heard scary sounds along the creek, mostly bobcat screams, which were enough. I have a theory that solves the ENTIRE mystery. Unintelligible vocalizations, menacing huffs, nauseating stench. I believe that these are Rosie O'Donell sightings. Makes sense to me.

My husband and I went to Yellowstone for our honeymoon way back in 1976. If I would have known about the volcanos back then I would have refused to go there. My husband wanted to drive all the way to California. We made it as far as Idaho. I got homesick and missed my Mom. I had just turned 18. I just graduated from high school that June. Got married the same month. It’s now 2024 I have finally matured. I have 4 adult grandchildren. I tell them all these stories. They think these stories are funny. There grandpa passed away when the oldest grandson was three. None of them knew him so I tell them stories of everything we did . I’m not so sure they believe I have finally matured though.

I spent 25 years in Wyoming and spent several weeks in Yellowstone every year, including a two week stint fighting fire in 1988. Almost all the time I spent there was in the backcountry. Most residents of Wyoming look at Yellowstone as the complete opposite of wilderness. More like a huge amusement park.

Chris, in 2011 my wife and I stopped at the last pullout on the south end of Jackson Lake so she could take some sunset pictures. Everything was quiet and still as the sun went down and there was nobody else there and no other traffic. As we stood on the shore,, from behind us approximately 100 yards back in the forest there came a single loud wood knock that echoed across the lake! Needless to say our stop was over and we got the heck out of there! Yes, he is present in GTNP….

Excellent video, i look forward to them. The park ranger was brave to tell, most are shut down. When these other encounters happen, it only confirms this. These creatures are real, to many encounters with to many people to explain away. I believe.

Chris, those stories about Yellowstone confirmed my opinion that Yellowstone has always been a place where BF has lived for hundreds or thousands of years. Great stories as always !

Hey Chris et. al.......once again another great show!...Thanks for keeping sasquatch in the forefront, I know the forest workers are trying to keep things quiet so as not to spook the public. I think things should be talked about though to keep vistors safe, especially the kids! We would run all over the , campgrounds trails by ourselves and never saw anything dangerous! good storys!

Bob Action Jackson was the most decorated Park Ranger - ever. I first heard of him and listened to a brief interview with him back around 2010. When I first heard Chris speak about working in Yellowstone some months ago, I figured he must have known and/or knew Bob, as he was a legend. You are correct about the horrendous noise he heard and he heard it several times before his sighting. Currently he and/or family own a Bison Ranch north of Des Moines. It would be fantastic if some researcher would go there and try and get a lengthy interview with Bob Jackson, so I noninate you Chris. Also I would think that when the rangers found that trackway, they would have noticed the individuals steps had no straddle, that is they walked in a straight line. I found such a trackway that was very fresh on the outskirts of the Huron National Forest, Iosco County Michigan early Feb. of 2011 just after a 20 inch snowfall.

Classic storytelling, Chris. I think you make us all feel a little like kids again in the best way ...stories of mystery, adventure, and nostalgia.
I live in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains. The forest is only 20 minutes away, so I feel familiar with where a lot of these stories take place. There is so much mystery in and around our forests, forests that have provided and continue to provide the best stories that captivate the imagination.

Great stories, Chris! I was totally captivated listening to you. I remember the other Yellowstone story you told some time back about a retired couple in an RV that encountered one that picked up their RV and terrorized them. Boy, I wonder if that giant caldera ever decides to blow would there be a stampede of animals first, sensing the danger, followed by all the BFs running behind them. Even a small eruption might produce a stampede.😲😲
