Every time something like this happens, we always hear the term "gun violence." I hope we don't come to find out that the two individuals who are in custody are known offenders who should've already been behind bars and not out on the streets. It's a little odd to me that there's two in custody and yet we dont have any information on them.

We should perhaps expect the police to have a press conference to update the public soon but they may not release names at that time either -- we should know more by this evening!

It's policy not to release the identities of dead or injured in these types of situations until the next of kin has been notified. It's a bit easier to take that kind of news from a police officer than from a TV reporter.
The injured was it from the shooters or being trampled by trying to get to saftey? Also why was the mayor leaving the AO, should have stayed & rendered any type of aid!
