Korean bbq can be prepared and eaten multiple ways, ssambap-style (lettuce wrapped) being one option. 10/10 would recommend getting together with a group of friends and/or family and eating Korean barbecue.

i think the light green lettuce was romaine lettuce (you can get a pack of three bunches at any grocery store), and the ones you thought looked like peppermint leaves are perilla leaves (i heard they have a slightly minty taste)
just for the record (not really to do with this video but a random point), when you see the boys wearing masks it doesn't always mean that the clip took place during covid restrictions. you gotta remember that, in korea, it was normal to wear face masks long before the pandemic. so, sometimes you'll see clips of bts from pre-2020 wearing masks. it's nothing really to do with this video, it's just that i notice many reactors assuming the same thing so i just wanted to give a lil reminder since i'm sure you probably already knew this 💜💜💜💜💜

Thr lettuce Jin was eating looked like Romaine. The other roundish dark green one was Perilla leaves. Romaine you can get any where but I've never seen the Perilla leaves in a regular market here. You'd probably have to go to an Asian supermarket.
