    What about Smart Villa's hand over issue ? Overseas are waiting from 6 years and commitment was about 3 year plan. What about mumty and stairs charges issue ? Even management collected 100% payment on 2022. Now they are asking extra payment. Which unfair and unjustified. Overseas are angry and upset with management. How come we invest more with this behavior?

      Duly noted.! This issue has been raised in front of management for a few times and they have a few reasons for it, still they are looking for ways to resolve it. For investors I'd say villas have been a great deal as there is around 100% profit on them. Yes, when it comes to enduser these issue are significant and will be talked about more insha Allah.       He has given the reason. He is saying 100% profit hai villa pe jo csc ki management ko hazam ni horaha.

    They are not accommodating the current investors, they haven't delivered a single villa to end customers. And are asking for more money in the name of different things, like mumty

      They are accommodating current investors and endusers. And in case of villas usually it's mentioned on the booking form regarding charges.

      ⁠@@musaddaqueurrehmanhow can you say that even knowing CSC didn’t start work on villas for two years. Jab ko ye baat samajh ni ati to csc walo ko kaise ae gi. Ye anjaan bana chor dein. Members ka paisa utilize hua jis se land kharedi gae or development work hua. Agar wo development aaj hota to cost kon bear karta. Villa ka paisa villa ki jaga kahi aur laga or escalation investors pe. Zara socho or samjho. Two years delay hai agar handover hua hota to 2 saal ka rent include kro.
      Paper pr to ye bhi likha tha 3 years payment plan
      2050 sqf or ab 1860 kaise hobgaya. Zara batain.

    Brother what about villa owners. they didn't provide any roadmap for 5M villas.
    I booked a "smart villa" in Capital Smart City through RBS in 2019. Despite the name, these villas are far from SMART, as CSC management hasn't even installed basic amenities like fans and hobs, which were included in the charges. It's disappointing that Habib Rafiq and CSC management, with their supposed 70 years of construction experience, have failed to handle just 100 villas in five years. the funny thing is they are asking for "mumty charges," which range from 1.2 to 2.4 million per villa. This additional cost is unfairly imposed on villa owners. Not a single villa in OS-East E has been delivered despite 100% payment last year. Even after paying the escalation charges, CSC management demands millions more, which is extremely unjust. Furthermore, CSC management has removed fans and ovens (hobs) from the villas. Is this what you call a "smart villa"-one without even basic amenities like fans? This isn't very reassuring

    What about development charges of Executive block? Will CSC management provide any compensation? It has been a financial loss for Executive block members.

      Brother jump ka payment plan increase hony na hony sy lena dena nahi, mujhy lgta hai agar society given payment plan m development kr dy or handover kr dy toh zarur profit hoota hai, us k bad location py depend krta hai

Sectors B, C, D, and F have seen 20% developed, and the society has announced a new district. Not fair with overseas. We'd appreciate it if you raised your voice.

    100 فیصد غلط پالیسی ہے سمارٹ سٹی کی ۔ توسیع کا فائدہ صرف زاہد رفیق کو ہوگا ' کلائنٹس کا تو پلاٹ آباد ہونے سے وڑ گیا
    ملک ریاض کی پالیسی ٹھیک تھی پہلے بلاکس کو پوزیشن دو ' آبادی لاو پھر نیا بلاک لانچ کرو۔
