For investors I'd say villas have been a great deal as there is around 100% profit on them. Yes, when it comes to enduser these issue are significant and will be talked about more insha Allah. Brother what about villa owners. they didn't provide any roadmap for 5M villas. I booked a "smart villa" in Capital Smart City through RBS in 2019. Despite the name, these villas are far from SMART, as CSC management hasn't even installed basic amenities like fans and hobs, which were included in the charges. It's disappointing that Habib Rafiq and CSC management, with their supposed 70 years of construction experience, have failed to handle just 100 villas in five years. the funny thing is they are asking for "mumty charges," which range from 1.2 to 2.4 million per villa. This additional cost is unfairly imposed on villa owners. Not a single villa in OS-East E has been delivered despite 100% payment last year. Even after paying the escalation charges, CSC management demands millions more, which is extremely unjust. Furthermore, CSC management has removed fans and ovens (hobs) from the villas. Is this what you call a "smart villa"-one without even basic amenities like fans? This isn't very reassuring
What about development charges of Executive block? Will CSC management provide any compensation? It has been a financial loss for Executive block members.
